Summer Intern (Working Family Allowance Office)
月薪10,500元
職責
(1) 為在職家庭津貼(職津)計劃及以個人為申請單位的鼓勵就業交通津貼(個人交津)計劃的簡介會和其他宣傳活動提供支援,以及為推廣有關活動負責聯絡工作;
(2) 協助在各區進行外展活動,以向目標受惠群組推廣職津計劃及個人交津計劃;
(3) 協助處理有關職津計劃、個人交津計劃及其申請安排的一般查詢;
(4) 協助製作宣傳及推廣物資;
(5) 協助聯絡有關非政府機構向首次申請職津人士提供填寫表格支援服務;以及
(6) 上級指派的其他工作。

(1) to provide support in briefings and other publicity activities and conducting liaison work for the promotion of the Working Family Allowance (WFA) Scheme and Individual-based Work Incentive Transport Subsidy (I-WITS) Scheme;
(2) to conduct outreaching services in different districts to promote the WFA Scheme and the I-WITS Scheme to target beneficiaries;
(3) to assist in handling general enquiries about the WFA Scheme, the I-WITS Scheme and the application arrangement;
(4) to assist in production of publicity and promotional materials;
(5) to assist in liaison with the non-governmental organisations concerned on the provision of form-filling support services for new WFA applicants; and
(6) to perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

入職條件
申請人必須 –
(1) 是香港特別行政區永久性居民;
(2) 為本地╱非本地專上院校已完成一年級或二年級全日制認可專上課程的學生,修讀社會工作╱社會科學或相關課程者優先;
(3) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考的中國語文科和英國語文科取得第3等級或以上的成績,或同等學歷 (註:2007年前香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)「C級」的成績,在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科「第3等級」的成績);
(4) 中英文書寫及口語能力俱佳 (能操流利普通話者優先);
(5) 精通Microsoft Office應用程式;以及
(6) 具客戶服務或志願服務經驗者優先。

Applicants should –
(1) be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
(2) be students studying full-time accredited post-secondary programmes offered by local/non-local post-secondary institutions and have completed the first or the second year of study, preferably majored in social work/social science or related disciplines;
(3) have obtained Level 3 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent (Note: “Grade C” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 is accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 3” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth);
(4) be proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage);
(5) be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications; and
(6) preferably have experience in customer service or voluntary service.
