職責
高級管工主要負責—
(a) 協助履行執法職務，包括行使《淫褻及不雅物品管制條例》與《電影檢查條例》賦予的權力；
(b) 巡查影視店、零售點、電影院及其他場所，確保有關場所符合《淫褻及不雅物品管制條例》與《電影檢查條例》的規定；
(c) 擬備陳述書，並出庭擔任政府的控方證人；以及
(d) 協助調查市民的投訴，包括關於網上平台的投訴。
(註：高級管工需要不定時工作。）

A Senior Foreman is mainly deployed on –
(a) assisting in carrying out law enforcement duties including the exercise of the power under the Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance (COIAO) and the Film Censorship Ordinance (FCO);
(b) inspecting video shops, retail outlets, cinemas and other venues to ensure compliance of requirements under the COIAO and the FCO;
(c) preparing statements and serve as Government witness in Court for prosecution purpose; and
(d) assisting in the investigation of complaints from the public, including complaints related to online platforms.
(Remarks: Senior Foreman are required to work irregular hours.)

入職條件
申請人〔請參閱註（1）〕必須—
(a)(i) 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績，或具備同等成績〔請參閱註（2）及（3）〕；或
(ii) 在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級／E級或以上成績，或具備同等成績〔請參閱註（3）及（4）〕；
(b) 在取得有關學歷後，具備五年執法的工作經驗；
(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級〔請參閱註（4）〕或以上成績，或具備同等成績；並能操英語和流利粵語；以及
(d) 在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績 〔請參閱註（5）〕。

Candidates [See Note (1)] should have –
(a)(i) Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent [See Notes (2) and (3)]; or
(ii) Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Notes (3) and (4)];
(b) five years’ post-qualification working experience in law enforcement;
(c) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [See Note (4)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and be able to speak English and fluent Cantonese; and
(d) a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test [See Note (5)].

(3) 有關科目可包括中國語文科及英國語文科。
(4) 政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）「C級」及「E級」成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科「第3級」和「第2級」成績。
(5) 政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。
如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
