• 1.To provide clerical and secretarial support in the organization of community involvement campaigns and projects; <br>2. To provide clerical and secretarial support for the daily operation of the District Council; <br>3. To provide clerical and secretarial support for the Committees/Working Groups under the District Council; and <br>4. Other related duties as and when required.

Applicants should have: <br>

• (a)
  • (i)Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; or
  • (ii)Level 2 (Note 3) / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and <br>
• (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent. <br> <br>Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualities: <br>
• (c)A good knowledge of the use of general computer software (including Microsoft Word and Excel) and Chinese and English typing skills (Chinese and/or English typing test may be required); and <br>
• (d)Fluency in spoken Cantonese and able to read and write Chinese and English.
