Managing social media platforms for the department and providing strategic advice; designing and implementing social media campaign, including production and post-production, such as scripts writing, subtitles transcribing and contents editing; conducting relevant analysis/research; and any other duties assigned by the supervisor. Required to work shifts and at irregular hours including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

• (a)A bachelor's degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, preferably in Communications, Journalism or Translation [General Note (g)];
• (b)at least 5 years' full-time post graduate working experience in community engagement, corporate communications, public relations, interactive media, advertisement or social media marketing in a sizable organization, with the use of mobile applications, interactive, digital and/or social media platforms

• (c)'Level 2' results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent

• (d)proficiency in software applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of software applications and experience in graphic/media design and editing are considered an advantage; and
