職責
助理經理(推廣)主要負責-
(a) 提供支援服務,以推行人力發展項目和向青年人推廣海事職業的計劃;
(b) 協助擬訂以公眾(尤其是青年人、教師及家長)為目標的新推廣項目;
(c) 向相關行業的諮詢議會、委員會及小組提供秘書處支援服務,以及跟進會議上提出的事宜和作出的決定;
(d) 就擬訂新項目與大專院校、業界持份者及業界組織等聯繫;
(e) 提供行政支援,協助進行研究及調查,編製相關資訊、資料或報告;以及
(f) 協助處理辦公室行政及其他管理職務。
(註:或須因應運作需要而不定時工作及/或離港公幹。)

Assistant Manager (Promotion) is mainly deployed to –
(a) provide support in the implementation of manpower development projects and promotion programme of maritime careers to young people;
(b) assist in the development of new promotion initiatives targeting the general public, in particular young people, teachers and parents;
(c) provide secretariat support for advisory council, committee or subcommittee on relevant industries, and follow up on matters arising from meetings and decisions;
(d) liaise with tertiary institutions, industry stakeholders, and trade associations etc., in the development of new initiatives;
(e) provide executive support for conducting researches and surveys and compiling relevant information, materials or reports; and
(f) assist in handling office administration and other management duties.
(Note : May be required to work irregular hours having regard to operational needs and/or attend duty trips outside Hong Kong.)

(a) 持有本港頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷,所修讀的科目為傳播學、市場學、工商管理、公共關係、新聞學或其他相關學科者可獲優先考慮;
(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲「第3級」或以上成績(註),或具備同等學歷;
(c) 具備良好電腦知識及技能,包括辦公室文書軟件操作及中英文文書處理;
(d) 在取得有關學歷後,具備至少5年與機構傳訊、節目管理、公共關係、宣傳、推廣或市場推廣相關範疇有關的全職工作經驗,當中兩年須負責支援高級行政人員進行資料管理、產品品牌建立、擬訂推廣策略、撰寫演辭及機構訊息,以及擬備市場推廣簡報;以及
(e) 熟識使用嶄新媒體和規劃社交媒體策略方面的市場慣例,如具備管理網站及網上平台和社交媒體宣傳的經驗更佳。
如資歷在截止申請日期之前仍未完全符合上文(a)至(e)其中一項入職條件,申請將不獲受理。

Candidates should –
(a) possess a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Journalism or other related disciplines;
(b) meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note), or equivalent;
(c) be proficient in computer knowledge and skills, including MS Office and word processing in English and Chinese;
(d) have a minimum of five years of full-time post-qualification working experience in corporate communications, event management, public relations, publicity, promotion or marketing related field; among which two years were in supporting senior executives for profile management, product branding, devising promotion strategies, speech and corporate message writing, and marketing presentation; and
(e) have a good understanding of market practice in the use of new media and planning of social media strategy, preferably with website and online platform management as well as social media promotion experience.
