職責
(a) 向可持續發展基金委員會提供秘書處支援,並協助處理及審批可持續發展基金資助申請及監察獲批准項目的進度;
(b) 協助規劃、執行及監察灣仔環境資源中心的轉型項目並推廣該中心現行的環保主題;
(c) 監督環境資源中心的管理和順暢運作,例如人員調配、舉行環保教育講座/課程/工作坊、處理到訪申請和查詢等,並促成環境資源中心與其他機構的合作機會;
(d) 為流動環境資源中心發掘外展機會及透過與不同機構合作以善用其環保教育的功能,例如學校、屋苑及不同規模的環保活動;
(e) 監督及檢討環境資源中心的管理合約並安排招標工作,包括邀請投標和評估標書,以及就環境資源中心的管理和運作服務批出合約;以及
(f) 監督初級員工並執行由主管委派的其他相關工作。
其他相關的工作要求:工作時間和地點須視乎部門的運作需要而定。獲取錄者或需要不定時及超時工作,包括在晚上、周末及周日工作。

(a) To provide secretariat support to the Sustainable Development Fund (SDF) Committee and assist in processing and vetting applications for the grants of the SDF, and monitoring the progress of approved projects;
(b) To assist in planning, executing and monitoring the transformation project of the Wan Chai Environmental Resource Centre (ERC) and promotion of prevailing environmental topics at the centre;
(c) To oversee the management and smooth operation of the ERCs, such as manning of the ERCs, conduct of environmental education talks/tours/workshops, handling of requests for visits and enquiries, etc and arranging collaboration opportunities between ERCs and other organisations;
(d) To identify outreach opportunities for the mobile ERC and maximise its environmental education functions through collaboration with different types of organisations, such as schools, housing estates and at green events of various scales;
(e) To oversee and review the management contracts of the ERCs and arrange for the conduct of tender exercises, including invitation for and assessment of tender proposals as well as award of contracts for provision of management and operation services for the ERCs; and
(f) To supervise junior staff and undertake any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor(s).
Other Job-related Requirements: The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the Department. The successful candidate may be required to work irregular hours and overtime, including evenings and weekends.

Applicants should have: –
(a) a degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) at least 15 years’ management experience in a senior executive position undertaking administrative responsibility, project management, funding management, secretariat support and/or liaison work preferably in the government or public bodies;
(c) ample knowledge in funding management and creative and strategic thinking in steering project development, planning and execution;
(d) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 2 or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note: ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth); and
(e) strong analytical and organisational capabilities to work independently as well as good communication, interpersonal and staff management skills.
