職責
(a) 就食物中抗菌素耐藥性微生物恆常監測計劃的推行及評估提供專業和技術上的支援；
(b) 就處理和整理恆常監測計劃所得的食源性抗菌素耐藥性資料，以及提交數據予衞生署轄下的抗菌素耐藥性一體化健康監測系統，提供專業和技術上的支援；
(c) 協助就各項食源性抗菌素耐藥性相關議題提供意見和技術上的支援，包括研究國際文件、本地顧問報告等；以及制定應變立場或風險管理計劃；
(d) 在進行恆常監測計劃整段期間，與不同持份者保持聯繫，並就機構之間的協調及風險傳達安排提供專業和技術上的支援；
(e) 協助闡述和發布恆常監測計劃結果，把監測結果匯集至中央平台，並籌劃日後與食物中抗菌素耐藥性有關的工作；以及
(f) 執行上級指派的任何其他職務。

(a) To provide professional and technical support for the implementation and evaluation of a routine surveillance programme on Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) microorganisms in food;
(b) To provide professional and technical support in the handling and processing of foodborne AMR information generated by the routine surveillance programme and submission of data to the AMR One Health Surveillance System under the purview of the Department of Health;
(c) To assist in providing input and technical support to various issues related to foodborne AMR, including studying international paper, local consultancy reports, etc.; and providing lines of response or risk management plan;
(d) To liaise with different stakeholders throughout the routine surveillance programme, and provide professional and technical support in inter-agency co-ordination and risk communication arrangements;
(e) To assist in formulating and disseminating the results of the routine surveillance programme, combining the results into a centralised platform, and planning for future actions related to AMR in food; and
(f) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
