職責
(a) 處理電影發展基金("基金") 下有關電影製作的申請，並管理、監督和監察獲批准申請的合約履行情況；
(b) 協助檢討基金下現有電影製作相關資助計劃的評審機制及合約文件；
(c) 監督獲批准申請的數據處理及記錄備存工作；
(d) 草擬報告及文件，以便向電影發展局及其委員會徵求撥款批准和報告進度；
(e) 協助制定基金下的新資助計劃；以及
(f) 執行由上級指派的其他職務。
註：
(i) 遇有職務需要，受聘人或須不定時及逾時工作(包括在星期六、星期日及公眾假期工作)。
(ii) 入選的申請人或須參加筆試及／或面試。

(b) To assist in reviewing assessment mechanism and contractual documents of existing film production-related funding schemes under the FDF;
(c) To supervise data handling and record keeping of approved applications;
(d) To draft submission and papers for seeking funding approval and report progress to Film Development Council and its committees;
(e) To assist in formulating new funding schemes under the FDF; and
(f) To perform other duties as assigned by senior officers.
Note:
(i) Subject to the exigency of services, the appointee may be required to work irregular hours and overtime, including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
(ii) Shortlisted candidates may be required to attend written examination and/or interview.

入職條件

(b) 取得香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科第3級或以上的成績或同等學歷[註]；
(c) 在取得相關學歷後 -
(i) 具備最少七年關於電影融資或電影製作的工作經驗；或
(ii) 在最少五部在香港戲院上映的港產劇情長片的製作過程中擔任製片人／監製／統籌／製片主任；
(d) 於最近五年參與最少兩部曾於戲院上映的港產片製作工作及／或具備處理電影製作相關合約的工作經驗更佳；
(e) 能獨立、靈活和在時間緊迫的情況下工作，具備良好的解難及組織技巧，能有效與公私營界別人士溝通；以及
(f) 能立即上班的申請人可獲優先考慮。

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree, or equivalent;
(b) Attained Level 3 or above in both Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent[Note];
(c) Post-qualification working experience in either -
(i) A minimum of seven years' in film financing or film production; or
(ii) Performing as an executive producer/ producer/ line producer/ production manager in the production of at least five full-length local feature films theatrically released in Hong Kong;
(d) Involvement in the production of at least two local films theatrically released in recent five years and/or working experience in handling film production-related contracts is preferred;
(e) Able to work independently, flexibly and under tight time frame; good problem-solving and organisation skills, and able to communicate effectively with people of the private and public sectors; and
(f) Immediate availability is highly preferable.
[Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, ‘Grade C’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
