Assistant Manager (Special Stamps Issues, Promotion & Advertising)
年薪約310,000元,另加約滿酬金
職責
(1) 在本地推廣和宣傳特別郵票及相關產品,以增加集郵收入;
(2) 制定客戶服務和市場營銷策略,以推廣香港郵票;
(3) 制定、實施和執行社交媒體平台的宣傳計劃和行事曆,並負責日常運作;
(4) 撰寫新聞稿並為數碼和網上推廣活動提供撰稿服務;
(5) 根據整體市場營銷方案,為每年推出的「郵品訂購服務」和所有集郵品擬訂宣傳活動;就推廣新發行郵票聯絡潛在的合作夥伴;以及為「郵品訂購服務」會員籌辦獎賞活動;
(6) 聯絡承辦商為發行特別郵票製作宣傳品/廣告,以吸引公眾注意和增加銷量;
(7) 進行有關郵票/集郵品和收藏品市場的市場研究和顧客意見調查;
(8) 維持現有並開拓新的銷售和市場推廣渠道;以及
(9) 監察網站情況,擬備統計數據和報告,並處理外部查詢和投訴。

(1) To market and publicize special stamps and related products locally with a view to increasing philatelic revenue;
(2) To formulate customer service and marketing strategies for promoting Hong Kong stamps;
(3) To develop, implement and execute the promotion plans and calendars for social media platforms and also perform daily operations;
(4) To provide copywriting for press release, digital and online campaigns;
(5) To prepare publicity programmes deriving from overall marketing plan for the launching of the Advance Order Service (AOS) and all philatelic products and communicate with potential collaboration partners for promoting new issues of stamps as well as to organize loyalty programmes for AOS members;
(6) To liaise with contractors to produce marketing collateral/ advertisements of special stamp issues to arouse public attention and increase sales;
(7) To conduct market research and customer survey relating to stamps/ philately and collectible market;
(8) To maintain existing and explore new sales and marketing channels; and
(9) To monitor the website, prepare statistical data and reports, handle external enquiries and complaints.

入職條件
(1) 持有本港任何一所大學頒授的工商管理、市場學或相關學科的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(2) 取得上述學歷資格後,累積不少於2年有關市場營銷及/或產品發展方面的全職工作經驗;
(3) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(2007年以前為「課程乙」)取得第3等級(2007年以前為「C級」)或以上成績,或同等成績;
(4) 具備極佳的口頭和書面溝通能力,並熟悉電腦操作;
(5) 靈活變通,且具備敏銳的商業觸角;
(6) 具備卓越的組織、策劃和人際關係技巧;以及
(7) 積極主動,熱誠投入。

(1) A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related disciplines from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;
(2) A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification full time working experience in marketing and/or product development;
(3) Level 3 (Grade C before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in computer skills;
(5) Highly versatile with sharp business acumen;
(6) Good organizing, planning and interpersonal skills; and
(7) Self-motivated and committed.
