職責
(a) 監督學生適性化學習計畫的策劃、實施和評估;
(b) 參考經驗證的知識結構,引領學生適性化學習系統 在中國語文、英國語文和數學科的評估和學習資源的發展;
(c) 監督多學科的員工去為學生適性化學習系統的試行計畫和推出提供專業和行政支援;
(d) 為不同持分者舉辦及主持有關學生適性化學習的專業發展課程,例如學生適性化學習系統試行計畫和推出的簡報會;
(e) 支援相關綱領的檢討;以及
(f) 執行其他獲委派的工作事項。

(a) To oversee the planning, implementation and evaluation of the Student Adaptive Learning (SAL) project;
(b) To steer the development of assessment and learning resources for SAL System (SALS) for the Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics subjects with reference to the validated knowledge structures;
(c) To supervise multiple disciplines of staff by providing professional and administrative support for the trial run and rollout of the SALS;
(d) To lead and conduct professional development programmes on SAL for different stakeholders, such as briefing sessions for the trial run and rollout of the SALS;
(e) To support in reviewing the related initiatives; and
(f) To perform any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授主修教育、中國語文、英國語文或數學的學士學位,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)];
(b) 持香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第三級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[參閲註(ii)];
(d) 在取得上述(a)及(b)的有關學歷後,具備不少於12年的參與課程發展、監督和領導課程發展及設計中國語文、英國語文或數學科的評估框架的經驗;
(e) 在課程設計、電子學習技術或電子學習和教學資源的發展及領導和實施專業發展課程方面有豐富的知識及經驗將會是優勢;
(f) 具備卓越的監督技巧以管理多學科的員工和監督行政職責;以及
(g) 申請人若持有以下條件,可獲優先考慮:(1)持有教育有關的碩士或博士學位,或具備同等學歷;(2) 具有良好的溝通能力和人際技巧;(3)熟悉本地/或海外的教育和評估之發展及趨勢;及(4) 具備卓越的領導能力。

(g) 申請人若持有以下條件,可獲優先考慮:(1)持有教育有關的碩士或博士學位,或具備同等學歷;(2) 具有良好的溝通能力和人際技巧;(3)熟悉本地/或海外的教育和評估之發展及趨勢;及(4) 具備卓越的領導能力。
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in Education, Chinese Language, English Language or Mathematics, or equivalent [See Note (i)];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(d) At least 12 years of relevant post-qualification [as specified in (a) and (b)] experience in involvement in curriculum development, overseeing and leading the curriculum development and designing assessment framework in the subject(s) of Chinese Language, English Language or Mathematics;
(e) Profound knowledge and experience in curriculum design, e-learning technology or development of e-learning and teaching resources, and leading and conducting professional development programmes will be an advantage;
(f) Strong supervisory skills in managing multiple disciplines of staff and overseeing administrative duties; and
(g) Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following: (1) A Hong Kong higher degree in Education, or equivalent; (2) Good communication and interpersonal skills; (3) Sound knowledge about the development of education and assessment trend in Hong Kong and/or overseas; and (4) Good leadership.
