職責
(a) 協助行政長官卓越教學獎評審團制訂評審準則及卓越指標，並根據評審團的指引進行研究；
(b) 就評審事宜與學校、提名人及候選教師聯絡；
(c) 向評審團提供支援以進行初步評審，例如：檢視提名資料、進行面談、記錄及撰寫報告等；
(d) 向評審團提供支援以進行詳細評審，例如：安排訪校、觀課、記錄及撰寫報告等；
(e) 就出版《行政長官卓越教學獎薈萃》、籌備教學獎頒獎典禮分享環節、製作宣傳短片、整理獲獎教學實踐供上載於行政長官卓越教學獎網站等工作提供專業意見及支援；
(f) 蒐集評審團意見以檢討當屆評審過程並撰寫《綜合評審報告》；
(g) 就獲獎教師的分享活動提供專業支援；以及
(h) 處理相關行政及專業事務，包括全面評鑑行政長官卓越教學獎的相關工作。

(a) To support the Assessment Panel in working out the assessment criteria and excellence indicators and to undertake research as may be required by the Assessment Panel of the Chief Executive's Award for Teaching Excellence [CEATE];
(b) To liaise with schools, nominators and nominees on matters relating to the assessment of nominations;
(c) To support the Assessment Panel in conducting initial assessment of all nominations received such as examining nomination documents, conducting interviews, taking notes, compiling reports;
(d) To support the Assessment Panel in conducting detailed assessment of the short-listed nominations, such as conducting school visits, class observations, taking notes, compiling reports;
(e) To provide professional inputs and supports to the publication of the CEATE Compendium, the preparation of the sharing session of the Award Presentation Ceremony, the production of publicity videos, the collation of information regarding the awarded nominations to be uploaded to the teaching practices repository on the CEATE website;
(f) To solicit views in the Assessment Panel to evaluate the assessment process and to compile a comprehensive report on the assessment work;
(g) To provide professional support for dissemination activities of CEATE awardees; and
(h) To assist in the professional and administrative duties, related but not limited to the Comprehensive Review of the 4th Round of CEATE.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)]；
(b) 持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
(c) 在取得學位後，具備最少10年質素保證及/或課程發展的工作經驗及/或與科技教育學習領域相關的教學經驗[參閱註(ii)]；
(d) 具備良好的中文和英文寫作能力及能操流利的英語和粵語；以及
(e) 具備培訓或評核教師經驗者優先。

(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(c) At least 10 years' post-degree working experience in quality assurance and/or curriculum development and/or teaching in the subjects under the Technology Education Key Learning Area[See Note (ii)];
(d) Good English and Chinese writing skills, fluent in spoken English and Cantonese; and
(e) Candidates with experience in training or assessing teachers preferred.
