- (a)策劃和推行青年發展計劃包括制備工作計劃、與官方機構及工作伙伴聯絡溝通、招募參加者、管理活動後勤工作、聯絡外判服務商並監察其表現等；
- (b)協助制訂和推行於香港及內地舉行的交流和實習活動；
- (c)制定、推行及監督青年發展計劃的宣傳項目包括展覽、校園講座及嘉年華；
- (d)為相關委員會及工作小組提供行政及秘書支援；及
- (e)執行主管人員所指示的其他工作。
註：
獲取錄者或需戶外工作、超時工作；及 / 或不定時工作，包括星期六、星期日、法定假日或公眾假期。
職責
- (a)To plan and organise youth programmes including drawing up implementation plans, liaising with official authorities and working partners, recruiting participants, managing programme logistics, liaising with and monitoring the performance of external service providers, etc.;
- (b)To assist in planning and implementation of exchange and internship programmes in Hong Kong and the Mainland;
- (c)To plan, implement and monitor publicity events such as exhibitions, school talks and fun fairs for youth development programmes;
- (d)To provide secretariat support to relevant committees and working groups; and
- (e)To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
Note:
Appointed candidate may be required to perform outdoor duties; overtime work and/or work irregular hours including Saturday, Sunday, statutory holidays and general holidays.
入職條件
申請人必須 –
- (a)持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)在取得學位後，具備最少五年全職工作經驗（具備在大型企業、非政府機構、公關公司或政府部門活動統籌及企業傳訊相關工作經驗更佳）；
- (c)具備優秀的中英文書寫傳意技巧，並在香港中學文憑考試中國語文科取得第4級成績，或在香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科取得D級的成績；及於香港中學文憑考試英國語文科取得第4級成績，或香港高級程度會考英語運用科取得D級成績，或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科取得D級成績，或具備同等成績；及
- (d)具備良好的溝通、組織及表達技巧，能以廣東話、普通話及英語有效溝通。
具備於香港及中國內地制訂及推行青少年活動經驗的申請人將獲優先考慮。
Candidates should have –
- (a)a Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
- (b)at least 5 years of post-qualification full-time working experience (working experience in event management and corporate communications in sizeable corporations, non-governmental organisations, public relations agencies or government departments would be an advantage);
- (c)strong written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with Level 4 in Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or Grade D in Chinese Language and Culture or Chinese Language and Literature in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE); and Level 4 in English Language in the HKDSEE, or Grade D in Use of English in the HKALE, or Grade D in English Language in the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level), or equivalent; and
- (d)strong communication and presentation skills and be able to communicate in Cantonese, Putonghua and English effectively.
Candidates with experience in formulating and implementing activities and events for youth in Hong Kong and the Mainland will have advantage.
