職責
(a) 監督及管理有機廢物設施及環保園；
(b) 制訂策略及實施有效措施以持續管理有機廢物，包括豬、雞、牛、馬廄廢物及園林廢物，將此類廢物從棄置堆填區轉作資源回收；
(c) 就採用尖端回收技術、有效營運有機廢物設施及有效應用相關的回收產品提供專業意見；
(d) 檢討環保園的現有運作，制定未來的發展方向，並向環保園租戶提供專業意見及支援，以達致加強廢物回收再造及發展增值及先進回收技術的目標；以及
(e) 與市場和相關行業的主要持份者相討更廣泛地使用有機廢物回收服務和生產的回收產品，以促進資源循環和循環經濟。
其他相關的工作要求：工作時間及地點須視乎部門的運作需要而定。獲取錄者或需(a)不定時及超時工作，包括晚上、周末、周日和公眾假期；以及(b)不時在戶外工作。

(b) To formulate strategies and implement effective measures for sustainable management of organic waste, including pig, chicken, cattle, horse stable waste and yard waste, with a view to diverting such wastes from landfills for resource recovery;
(c) To provide professional advice on adoption of cutting-edge recycling technologies, effective operation of the organic waste facilities and gainful application of the associated recyclable products;
(d) To review existing operations of EcoPark, establish future development directions, and provide professional advice and support to EcoPark tenants with a view to achieving the objectives of enhancing waste recycling and development of value-added and advanced recycling technologies; and
(e) To engage key stakeholders in market and relevant industries for wider use of organic waste recycling services and recyclable products produced so as to foster resource circulation and circular economy.
Other Job-related Requirements: The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the department. The successful candidate may be required to (a) work irregular hours and overtime, including evenings, weekends and public holidays; and (b) work outdoors occasionally.

(c) 至少五年有關環境影響評估工作經驗；以及
(d) 具備良好的中英文口語及書寫能力。

(a) Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in a relevant discipline admitted on or after 5 December 1975, or equivalent;
(b) At least 15 years of working experience in planning, design and project management of large-scale environmental infrastructure and engineering projects, including no less than five years of management experience in organic waste facilities projects;
(c) At least five years of working experience in environmental impact assessment; and
(d) Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
