職責
申請人如獲錄用,將調派至發展局工務科轄下的組別/辦事處工作,負責以下職務(註5及6)—
(a) 舉辦宣傳及公眾教育活動;
(b) 與相關政府決策局/部門、非政府機構及相關單位聯絡,商討活動管理、宣傳及物流事宜,包括籌備招標工作;
(c) 協助與文物保育相關的公眾參與活動,包括巡迴展覽、歷史建築開放日等;
(d) 草擬和製作中英雙語通訊;與機構及持份者合作發布Instagram帖子;為高級人員草擬演詞和投影片簡報;
(e) 協助評估活化建議書(從社會企業的角度);
(f) 與非政府機構及其他持份者聯絡,推展文物措施;
(g) 對歷史建築和地點的歷史進行研究;以及
(h) 執行獲委派的任何其他職務。

Successful candidates will be deployed to sections/offices in the Works Branch of the Development Bureau to undertake the following duties (Notes 5 and 6) –
(a) to conduct publicity and public education activities;
(b) to liaise with relevant Government bureaux/departments, non-governmental organizations (“NGOs”) and other relevant parties on event management, publicity and logistics matters, including preparation of tender exercises;
(c) to assist in public engagement activities related to heritage conservation including roving exhibitions, open days of historic buildings, etc;
(d) to draft and produce the newsletter in both Chinese and English; to work with agency and stakeholders in delivering posts and stories on the Instagram platform; and to draft speeches and PowerPoint presentation for senior officers;
(e) to assist in examining revitalisation proposals (from social enterprise angle);
(f) to liaise with NGOs and other stakeholders in taking forward heritage initiatives;
(g) to conduct research into the history of the historic buildings and sites; and
(h) to perform any other duties assigned as appropriate.

(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士或以上的學位,或具同等學歷;
(b) 在取得資格後,具備最少四年相關範疇的工作經驗,包括文物保育、刊物撰寫、公眾推廣/公共關係、傳媒關係、創意產業或活動策劃(註2);
(c) 符合語文能力要求,在綜合招聘考試的兩份語文試卷(中文運用和英文運用)取得「二級」成績(註3),或具同等成績;
(d) 中、英文書寫能力俱佳,操流利英語和粵語,精通普通話則更佳;
(e) 溝通及人際技巧良好;以及
(f) 對文物保育/公眾教育及宣傳有豐富認識(註4)。
申請人如在截止申請日期前未能符合入職條件(a)至(c)中任何一項,則申請將不獲考慮。即使申請人獲邀參加面試/測試,也並不表示已符合入職條件。

Applicants should (Note 1)–

(b) have at least four years’ post-qualification working experience in relevant fields including heritage conservation, journal writing, public promotion/relations, media relations, creative industries or event organization (Note 2);
(c) have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 results (Note 3) in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (“UC”) and Use of English (“UE”)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (“CRE”), or equivalent;
(d) have good proficiency in written Chinese and English and be fluent in spoken English and Cantonese; fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage;
(e) have good communication and interpersonal skills; and
(f) have good knowledge of heritage conservation / public education and publicity (Note 4).
