職責
(a) 策劃及帶領在中學為非華語學童而設的計劃;
(b) 帶領及執行為非華語學童而設的計劃的報價或投標程序;
(c) 聯繫承包商以督導、建議及監察計劃的落實;
(d) 審視計劃及發展未來服務模式以切合非華語學童的生涯規劃和升學及就業輔導需要;
(e) 舉辦分享環節以宣傳計劃中所辨識的良好做法;
(f)透過計劃與非政府機構合作,制定升學及就業輔導服務的模式以配合非華語學童的生涯規劃和升學及就業輔導需要;
(g) 提出預算方案及監察為計劃提供的預算使用情况、處理查詢、整理統計報表及就所督導的服務進行檢視;
(h) 就為非華語學童而設的升學及就業輔導服務向生涯規劃教育組作出建議;
(i) 協助舉辦大型生涯規劃及商校合作計劃活動和重點活動如生涯規劃教育研討會;以及
(j) 執行上司委派的其他職務。

(a) To plan and lead the programme for non-Chinese speaking (NCS) students in secondary schools;
(b) To lead and conduct the quotation/tender procedures of the programme for NCS students;
(c) To liaise with the contractor to supervise, advise and monitor the implementation of the programme;
(d) To evaluate the programme and develop future service mode to cater the life planning and career guidance needs of the NCS students;
(e) To conduct sharing session for dissemination of good practices identified in the programme;
(f) To formulate a career guidance service mode, in collaboration with Non-governmental Organization (NGO) through the programme, to cater for the life planning and career guidance needs of NCS students;
(g) To recommend budgetary proposals and monitor the use of budgetary provision for the programme, handle enquiries, compile statistical return and conduct review on the services supervised;
(h) To advise Life Planning Education (LPE) Section on career guidance service for NCS students;
(i) To assist in organising large scale LPE and Business-School Partnership Programme activities and signature events such as the Life Planning Education Conference; and
(j) To perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷及持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷;持有與教育有關的高級學位者優先;
(b) 具備優良的中、英文寫作能力及良好的英語和廣東話口語能力;以及
(c) 於取得學位後,在教育方面具備不少於12年的工作經驗,其中最少有5年在中學提供升學及就業輔導或在相關機構從事行政及項目管理的經驗。

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent; a higher degree in education preferred;
(b) Very good command of written English and Chinese; oral proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential; and
(c) At least 12 years' post-degree experience in education, of which at least 5 years should be in the service of career guidance at secondary school or administration and project management in relevant organization.
