• (a)To provide executive support to Flight Operations Division / Liaison Office / youth engagement related matters;
• (b)To provide daily support to the Flight Operations Intranet, E-Platform;
• (c)To supervise the Flight Operations Tasking Cell;
• (d)To liaise with other Bureaux and Departments on flight operations / Liaison Office / youth engagement related matters;
• (e)To assist in organizing youth engagement related projects and events;
• (f)To assist in compiling various statistical reports and returns;
• (g)To assist in handling complaints and enquiries;
• (h)To coordinate and arrange meetings, and prepare minutes of meeting;
  • (i)To coordinate travel arrangements for overseas exchange, including procurement of related services, and
• (j)To perform other duties as directed by senior officers.

Candidates should have:

• (a)a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong tertiary education institution, or equivalent, preferably with full-time post-qualification work experience;
• (b)good command of written Chinese and English; oral proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is essential; and have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 5 or above in English Language, and Level 4 or above in Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
• (c)proficiency in computer usage and application of common business software, such as word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software; and
• (d)good communication and interpersonal skills.
