- (a)協助推行各電子資料管理項目，包括項目成果評估、進行用戶驗收測試和協調用戶培訓工作；
- (b)協助各電子資料管理項目，以及其他部門資訊科技系統和應用系統的系統管理、支援和維修工作；
- (c)協助安排有關推行電子資料管理項目的活動，例如簡報會、工作坊和培訓等；
- (d)監察和管理把渠務署入門網站轉移至微軟SharePoint 2010平台的工作，以配合推行電子資料管理項目；以及
- (e)擔任數據庫管理員，為電子資料管理項目和其他資訊科技系統，策劃、設計、推行、管理、支援和維修部門Oracle平台的核心數據庫。
職責
- (a)To assist in the implementation of Electronic Information Management (EIM) projects including project deliverables evaluation, conducting user acceptance tests, and coordinating user trainings;
- (b)To assist in system administration, support and maintenance of the EIM and other departmental IT systems and applications;
- (c)To assist in arranging activities related to EIM implementation, e.g. briefings, workshops, training, etc.;
- (d)To oversee and manage the migration of DSD intranet portals to Microsoft Sharepoint 2010 platform to tie in with the EIM implementation; and
- (e)To act as the Database Administrator to plan, design, implement, administer, support and maintain the departmental core database on Oracle platform for EIM and other IT systems.

- (a)持有電腦科學／資訊科技或相關科目的學位；
- (b)在香港中學會考的中國語文科和英國語文科取得的成績達第2等級或以上，或具同等學歷
(註︰過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級的成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年及其後舉行的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級的成績。)；
- (c)持有Oracle Certified Professional專業證書；
- (d)取得學歷資格後，在資訊科技界具最少8年工作經驗；其中最少4年在具規模的機構擔任督導職位，職級達系統分析主任或同級，推行大型資訊科技項目，專責資訊管理、數據庫管理、擬備招標文件、審議標書、資訊科技項目管理、收集用戶需求資料，以及系統推行和管理；
- (e)在資訊科技界具最少6年有關發展和推行客戶伺服及網上系統的經驗，其間採用以下最少3種技術：(i)關係數據庫(Oracle、SQL Server及／或MySQL)和相關的發展工具；(ii)Java及／或.NET程序編製；(iii)網頁／應用系統伺服器，包括.NET、WebSphere、Apache及／或Tomcat；(iv)應用SharePoint平台推行分類和元數據；或(v)C、C++、C#、SQL、Visual Basic及／或ActionScript；
- (f)具備有關微軟SharePoint Server 2007或新版本的實際安裝經驗；以及
- (g)具備有關設計和發展多層應用系統的實際經驗。
Candidate should :
- (a)have a degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, or a related discipline;
- (b)have attained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent
(N.B.: Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE is accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.);
- (c)be a Oracle Certified Professional;
- (d)have at least eight years' post-qualification Information Technology experience with at least four years in a supervisory role at System Analyst or equivalent level implementing major IT projects in a sizable organization with emphasis on information management, database management, IT project tender preparation and evaluation, IT project management, user requirements collection, system implementation and management;
- (e)have at least six years' IT experience in client-server and web-based systems development and implementation using at least 3 of the following technologies:
- (i)Relational Database (Oracle, SQL Server and/or MySQL) and related development tools;
- (ii)JAVA and/or .NET programming;
- (iii)Web/Application Servers including .NET, WebSphere, Apache, and/or Tomcat;
- (iv)Taxonomy and Metadata implementation in Sharepoint platform; or
- (v)C, C++, C#, SQL, VISUAL BASIC, and/or ActionScript;
- (f)have hands on deployment experience on Microsoft Sharepoint Server 2007 or above; and
- (g)have hands on experience in design and development of multi-tiered applications.
