Assistant Census and Survey Officer
總薪級表第7點（每月港幣20,540元）至總薪級表第17點（每月港幣35,915元）
職責
助理外勤統計主任主要負責−
(a) 向統計調查及人口普查的受訪者收集統計資料；
(b) 解答關於統計調查的查詢，並就給予資料作人口普查和統計調查的事宜向受訪者提供協助；
(c) 保存各統計區的設計圖、記錄及地圖，並按最新情況修訂資料；
(d) 協助培訓兼職統計員及分配有關統計調查及人口普查的統計工作；以及
(e) 協助督導兼職統計員。
（註：職位持有人可能需要不定時工作以及／或執行大量訪問職務。）
(a) 向統計調查及人口普查的受訪者收集統計資料；

Assistant Census and Survey Officers are mainly deployed on –
(a) collecting statistical information from respondents of surveys and censuses;
(b) answering enquiries on survey matters and providing assistance to respondents in connection with the supply of information for surveys and censuses;
(c) updating and maintaining plans, records and maps of survey areas;
(d) assisting in the training of temporary field officers and allocation of assignments in connection with surveys and censuses; and
(e) assisting in the supervision of temporary field officers.
(Note : The post-holder may be required to work irregular hours and/or to undertake a substantial amount of interviewing duties.)

入職條件
申請人必須−
(a) (i) 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等[見註(1)]或以上成績[見註(2)]，或具同等學歷；或
(ii) 在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級[見註(3)]／E級或以上成績[見註(2)]，或具同等學歷；
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級[見註(3)]或以上成績，或具同等成績，並能以粵語及普通話溝通；
(c) 在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績[見註(4)]；以及
(d) 思想成熟，能獨立處理工作。

Candidates should have-
(a) (i) Level 2 or equivalent [see Note (1)] or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) [see Note (2)], or equivalent; or
(ii) Level 2 [see Note (3)] / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [see Note (2)], or equivalent;
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [see Note (3)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; be able to communicate in Cantonese and Putongua;
(c) a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test [see Note (4)]; and
(d) a mature personality and be able to work independently.

(1) 政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(2) 有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
(3) 政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
(4) 政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。
如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
