職責
計劃主任(社區投資共享基金)主要負責以下與社區投資共享基金秘書處有關的職務,包括:
協助管理社區投資共享基金以支援基金的推廣、運作、監管和評估工作,以及依據指示執行其他與基金運作有關的職務。主要職責為:
(a) 處理和評審申請計劃書,並監察受資助計劃項目的進度,以及定期進行實地視察;
(b) 整合有效建立社會資本策略的經驗,並向準申請者和受資助機構提供意見;
(c) 建立和維繫有助基金運作的協作關係和網絡;
(d) 籌辦推廣活動及公眾簡報會;
(e) 協助基金的整體規劃和運作;以及
(f) 按需要為基金委員會、小組委員會和基金秘書處提供支援。

The Project Officer (CIIF) is responsible for the following duties in relation to the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF) Secretariat, including:
To provide project management assistance to support the promotion, operation, monitoring and evaluation of the CIIF and undertake any other duties pertinent to the operation of the CIIF as directed. Main duties are:
(a) to process and assess proposals, monitor progress of funded projects and render site visits regularly;
(b) to consolidate the experience of effective strategies in building social capital and provide advice to prospective applicants and grantees;
(c) to develop and maintain productive relationships and appropriate networks in support of the CIIF operation;
(d) to organise promotional events/ public briefings;
(e) to assist in the planning and operation of the entire CIIF operation; and
(f) to provide support to the CIIF Committee and Sub-Committees and the CIIF Secretariat as and when necessary.

(a) 已根據《社會工作者註冊條例》(第505章)註冊為註冊社會工作者(第一類);
(b) (i) 持有本港大學主修社會工作的社會科學學位,或具備同等學歷;或
(ii) 持有本港大學學位(除上述(i)項外),或具備同等學歷,並已在認可院校修畢認可的社會工作研究生課程,或同等課程;或
(iii) 持有本港大學學位(除上述(i)項外),或具備同等學歷,並持有認可院校的認可社會工作碩士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(c) 於取得學位後有最少4年全職工作經驗,具備計劃管理、推行社會資本及/或社區發展計劃,和處理基金撥款資助計劃經驗者為佳。對公帑管理、社會資本計劃,以及政府機構、非政府機構或公共機構的運作有深入認識者可獲優先考慮。具與非政府機構、公眾及企業聯繫經驗者為佳 [參閱註(1)];
(d) 具有良好中英文書寫及會話能力,尤以在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科和中國語文科考獲第3等級或以上的成績,或具同等成績為佳 [參閱註(2)];
(e) 具評審、監管及評估社區計劃的實務知識和能力;
(f) 具備良好的分析能力及衡量成效的知識;
(g) 具備良好的溝通技巧(包括書寫和會話),擅於處理與各類非政府機構、地區團體及公眾的關係;以及
(h) 具備應用電腦軟件(包括MS Word (英文及中文版本)及Excel)的知識,以及使用電腦處理數據。

Candidate should have:
(a) registered as a registered social worker (category 1) under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance (Chapter 505);
(b) (i) a degree in Social Science majoring in social work from a Hong Kong University, or equivalent; or
(ii) a degree (other than (i) above), or equivalent, and have successfully completed an approved post-graduate programme in social work, or equivalent, from an approved institution; or
(iii) a degree (other than (i) above), or equivalent, and a recognised Master degree in social work, or equivalent, from an approved institution;
(c) at least 4 years’ post-degree full-time working experience, preferably in project management, implementation of social capital and/ or community development projects and in operating funding schemes which provide grants to support projects. Priority will be given to those with good understanding of managing public funds, social capital projects, operation of government agencies, non-governmental organisations, or public bodies. Relevant experience in liaison with non-governmental organisations, the public and the corporate sectors would be an advantage [See Note (1)];
(d) proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with Level 3 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (2)];
(e) practical knowledge of, and competencies in assessing, monitoring and evaluating community projects;
(f) good analytical ability and knowledge of outcome measurement;
(g) good communication (both written and spoken) and interpersonal skills in dealing with a wide spectrum of non-governmental and local community organizations and the public; and
(h) knowledge of computer software applications including MS Word, (English and Chinese), Excel, and use of computer in database management.
