職責
(a) 聯繫商界、僱主和商會等持份者,為人才舉辦建立網絡的活動和節目;
(b) 協助定期利用不同途徑(聚會、社交媒體平台更新等)接觸人才,以管理香港、內地和海外的人才網絡;
(c) 根據制訂的清單,為人才/潛在人才提供查詢服務和為在港人才提供定居支援服務,以及協助與合適的伙伴探討合作機會;
(d) 協助為僱用服務提供行政支援,並就聯繫及/或支援人才,與顧問/服務承辦商聯繫;
(e) 根據機制/工具,定期和持續進行用戶調查,並監察用戶體驗,以便日後改善服務;
(f) 協助處理人才聯繫及支援組的行政事宜,包括人事、辦公地方、辦公室設備、檔案管理、會計及財務、一般查詢及投訴;以及
(g) 執行高級人員指派的任何其他職務。

(a) to implement the engagement with stakeholders such as the business sectors, employers and trade associations to organise networking activities and events for talents;
(b) to assist in managing the network of talents in Hong Kong, Mainland and overseas by reaching out through various means (gatherings, social media platform updates etc.) regularly;
(c) to provide enquiry service for talents/potential talents and settlement support service for talents in Hong Kong according to the drawn up menu and to assist in exploring collaboration with suitable partners;
(d) to assist in providing administrative support for hiring of services and to liaise with the consultants/service contractors for talent engagement and/or support;
(e) to conduct regular and ongoing user surveys according to the mechanism/tools and to monitor the user experience for future service enhancement;
(f) to assist in handling the administration matters of the Engagement and Talent Support Section, including personnel, accommodation, office equipment, records management, accounts and finance, general enquiries and complaints; and
(g) to perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

入職條件
申請人在獲聘時必須是香港特別行政區永久性居民,並須–
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位,或具同等學歷;
(b) 在畢業後於人才招攬、聯繫及支援等範疇具有7年或以上的相關全職工作經驗;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,在綜合招聘考試的兩張語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得二級成績,或同等成績;
(註: 香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上的成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績;
香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科C級或以上成績;或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。)
(d) 具有良好的人際及溝通技巧,中英文書寫能力優良,操流利粵語、普通話和英語;;
(e) 具備以下方面的前線經驗:與商界、僱主和商會等各方交往聯繫;為大型人羣籌辦活動、聚會、節目和盛事;處理查詢和投訴;為要求協助的個案提供支援;進行用戶調查並分析調查結果;以及/或監察顧問/服務承辦商的服務表現;
(f) 熟悉香港的移民和定居市場、教育界和就業市場;以及
(g) 精通一般商業電腦軟件(包括MS Word、Excel和PowerPoint)的應用,以及中文和英文文書處理。

Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) at the time of appointment and should have –
(a) a Bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) a minimum of seven years’ full-time post-qualifications work experience in talent engagement, acquisition or support services;
(c) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent;
(Note: Level 5 or above in Chinese Language of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE); or Grade C or above in Chinese Language and Culture or Chinese Language and Literature of the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE), are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UC paper of the CRE;
Level 5 or above in English Language of the HKDSEE; or Grade C or above in Use of English of the HKALE; or Grade C or above in English Language of the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level), are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UE paper of the CRE.)
(d) good interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
(e) frontline experience in dealing with different parties in the business sectors, employers and trade associations, etc.; organising activities, gatherings, events and functions for big groups of people; handling enquiries and complaints; providing support to requests for assistance; conducting user surveys and analysing survey results; monitoring performance of consultants/service contractors; handling personnel, and general administration matters of companies/organisations;
(f) good knowledge of markets for migration and settlement, education sector and job markets in Hong Kong; and
(g) proficiency in the application of common business software (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing.
