職責
(1) 協助籌組部門員工培訓、製作培訓教材,以及就部門培訓需要進行研究;
(2) 協助推展創新科技方案及革新部門網站;
(3) 協助處理資助計劃的申請及向合資格申請人發放資助,以及處理相關計劃的行政及宣傳工作;
(4) 協助匯編統計報告及更新與資助計劃相關的文件;
(5) 執行巡查、覆檢及相關工作,以及準備報告;
(6) 就辦公室行政提供行政支援,以及督導文職人員的工作;
(7) 處理公眾的查詢和投訴、進行用戶驗收測試、安排推廣資助計劃活動及協助資助計劃之行政工作;以及
(8) 處理由上級指派的其他工作。
註:視乎部門的運作需要,成功獲聘者可能須不定時工作、超時工作 (包括星期六、日及公眾假期) 或執行戶外職務。他/她會被分派到部門包括在職家庭津貼辦事處或學生資助處的辦公室工作。

(2) To assist in implementation of innovative solutions through adoption of technology and revamping web sites of the department;
(3) To assist in processing applications and disbursement of payment to eligible applicants of financial assistance schemes and handling related scheme administration and publicity work;
(4) To assist in compiling statistical reports and updating scheme-related documents;
(5) To conduct inspections, perform authentication and related work and prepare reports;
(6) To provide executive support in office administration and supervise the work of clerical staff;
(7) To handle public enquiries and complaints, conduct user acceptance tests, arranging publicity events and perform scheme administration activities, etc.; and
(8) To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Note: Subject to operational requirement of the department, the appointed candidate may be required to work irregular hours and overtime (including on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) or perform outdoor duties. He/She will be deployed to work in offices within the same department including the Working Family Allowance Office or Student Finance Office.

(a) 香港高級程度會考英語運用科或 General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) English Language 科 C 級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科 C 級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。
(b) 香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。
(2) 於取得上述學歷後有最少一年全職工作經驗,並在政府部門/公營機構 (特別在籌備和組織員工培訓方面) 有工作經驗佔優;

(4) 具備良好電腦應用知識;以及

備註︰
(a) 香港高級程度會考英語運用科或 General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) English Language 科 C 級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科 C 級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。
(b) 香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。
(1) a bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(2) a minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification full-time working experience, with experience in the Government/public sector organisation (particularly in coordinating and organising staff training) being an advantage;
(3) good command of both Chinese and English and have met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (please refer to the Notes below);
(4) equipped with good computer knowledge; and
(5) good communication skills and be able to work and solve problems independently.
Notes:
(a) Grade C or above in Use of English of the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) or in English Language of the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the Use of English paper of the CRE. Grade C or above in Chinese Language and Culture or Chinese Language and Literature of the HKALE is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the Use of Chinese paper of the CRE.
(b) Level 5 or above in English Language of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the Use of English paper of the CRE. Level 5 or above in Chinese Language of the HKDSEE is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the Use of Chinese paper of the CRE.
