職責
(a) 協助處理與數字教育策略發展督導委員會運作有關的事務,包括統籌與數字教育策略發展督導委員會的會議及成員委任/續任相關安排及活動、為會議提供秘書/行政支援及就不同國家的資訊科技教育的最新發展進行資料搜集/文獻回顧和比較分析,以供委員審議等;
(b) 就優質教育基金電子學習配套計劃(配套計劃)的推行,統籌相關會議及成員委任/續任的各項有關安排和活動,並協助與相關方面聯絡;
(c) 管理所有公營學校的資訊科技教育調查,由計劃調查至處理學校的電話和書面查詢、跟進未交回的問卷、核實學校的資料、整合和總結原始數據、數據分析、製作表和簡報、擬備向內部和外界分享的摘要和報告;
(d) 執行為期18個月的委託研究項目,並提供後勤、行政和秘書的支援,就研究團隊所提交的成果,向教育局職員、數字教育策略發展督導委員會成員及其他有興趣的持份者/香港學校舉辦分享活動;以及
(e) 就舉辦學與教博覽與香港教育城聯絡,包括確認主要嘉賓名單、協助透過系統向學校發布通函和信息以宣傳學與教博覽、為學與教博覽的主題講者準備演講稿等,並執行其他由上司委派的工作。

(a) To assist in the matters in relation to the operational matters of the Steering Committee on Strategic Development of Digital Education (SCSDDE), e.g. coordinating logistical arrangements and activities related to the meetings and appointment/renewal of SCSDDE members, providing secretarial/administrative support for the meetings, conducting information search/literature review and comparative analysis on the latest development of IT in Education in different countries for members' deliberation, etc.;
(b) To coordinate various logistical arrangements and activities related to the meetings and appointment/renewal of members of the Task Force, and to assist in the liaison with relevant parties, on the implementation on the Quality Education Fund e-Learning Ancillary Facilities Programme;
(c) To manage the IT in Education surveys for all public sector schools from launch to answering school telephone and written enquiries, chasing the outstanding returns, verifying the school data, consolidating and summarizing the raw data, data analysis, producing graphical charts, and presentations, preparing summaries and reports for both internal and external sharing;
(d) To administrate the 18-month commissioned research study and provide logistical, administrative and secretarial support on the organisation of the related sharing activities for EDB staff, SCSDDE members and other interested stakeholders/schools in Hong Kong as appropriate regarding the deliverables submitted by the research team; and
(e) To liaise with the Hong Kong Education City Limited on their launch of Learning and Teaching Expo (LTE), including confirming the key guest list, providing assistance in the issuance of circular memorandum and messages on the Fast Information Transmission System to schools in promotion of the LTE, preparing speech for seniors as keynotes speakers in the LTE, etc., and to perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

(c) 在取得學位後,具備不少於5年全職管理層工作經驗。具備項目管理經驗,特別是電子學習、應用人工智能於教育及公營機構工作經驗者優先;
(d) 具備良好中、英語的書寫及會話能力;
(e) 深入了解本地的教育制度;
(f) 具備良好的領導能力和組織能力;
(g) 具備良好的人際溝通技巧及表達能力;
(h) 具備良好的分析及解難的能力;以及
(i) 具備良好電腦應用知識,包括文書處理、中文輸入法、簡報、試算表、互聯網瀏覽、資料庫管理和網頁設計。

(b) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 [See Note (ii)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(c) At least 5 years' post-degree full-time working experience at management level. Experience in project management, especially in e-learning, AI applications in education, as well as working experience in public sector organizations preferred;
(d) Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English;
(e) Solid knowledge of local education system;
(f) Good leadership and organizational ability;
(g) Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
(h) Good analytical and problem-solving skills; and
(i) Proficient in common computer applications, including word-processing, Chinese input method, presentation, spreadsheet, Internet surfing, database management and webpage design.
