職責
(a) 為青年發展措施/項目設計和製作平面圖像、動畫和動態圖像格式的美術工作,以供在數碼平台上發布;
(b) 設計及製作內容和重新包裝現有資訊成為多媒體格式,務求吸引青年參與局方推出的措施和活動;
(c) 就製備數碼內容和其他與設計或製作相關的工作,與內部和外界持份者溝通;
(d) 管理視像和相片儲存庫,以便存取;
(e) 協助團隊完成其他設計工作;以及
(f) 執行主管指派的其他職務。

(b) 香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科均考獲第3級或以上成績,或具同等成績[註(1)];
(c) 在取得上述學歷後,在多媒體、網頁和社交媒體設計、創意媒體或數碼市場推廣方面具備至少3年全職工作經驗,並在各個數碼平台(包括社交媒體,例如Facebook和Instagram,以及網站)的設計、創意解難、美術工作、基本視像製作和數碼平台管理方面具備實際經驗。在企業品牌定位和推廣、市場研究和數據分析、流動網頁設計和/或使用網站內容管理系統方面具經驗者佔優;
(d) 精於使用InDesign、Photoshop、Illustrator和Dreamweaver,並具備動態圖像和視像剪輯軟件的知識。懂得使用HTML5和CSS3編碼,以及使用JavaScript編寫程式。具備Adobe Premiere Pro或After Effects知識者佔優;
(e) 中英語文講寫能力俱佳,懂普通話者佔優;
(f) 善於使用社交媒體(例如Facebook和Instagram),思維創新,審美觸覺極佳,能緊貼數碼市場推廣/社交媒體的最新趨勢和發展;
(g) 適應力強、積極主動、能接受新思維,具備極佳的溝通和人際技巧;能主動學習新技能及樂於接受新任務;以及
(h) 具備極佳的組織、分析能力和有責任感,能在壓力下與團隊工作和/或獨立靈活工作。

Candidates should have/should be –
(a) a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in web/multimedia/graphic design, creative media, digital marketing or related disciplines;
(b) attained “Level 3” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE)/Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE),or equivalent [Note (1)];
(c) at least 3 years’ post-qualification full-time experience in multimedia, web and social media design, creative media or digital marketing with hands-on experience in design, creative solution, artwork and basic video production for use in various digital platforms including social media (e.g. Facebook and Instagram) and websites, and in maintaining such platforms. Experience in commercial branding and promotion, marketing research and data analysis, mobile web design and/or web content management system will be an advantage;
(d) high proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver with knowledge in motion graphics and other video editing software. Proficiency in coding with HTML 5, CSS 3 and programming with JavaScript. Knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects will be an advantage;
(e) excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Ability to speak Putonghua will be an advantage;
(f) an advanced user in social media (e.g. Facebook and Instagram) with creative mindset, strong aesthetic sense and a keen awareness of the latest trends and developments in digital marketing/ social media;
(g) adaptive, self-motivated and open-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive in acquiring new skills and taking up new tasks; and
(h) strong organisational and analytical skills, sense of ownership and ability to work as a team and/or independently and flexibly under pressure.
