職責
(A) 支援優質教育基金電子學習配套計劃(配套計劃),包括以下職務:
(i) 策劃及推行配套計劃下各資助項目的監察工作,包括:
(a) 與個別項目受款人安排和進行會議及視察;
(b) 審核受款人所提交的進度/總結報告,並向受款人提供專業建議;
(c) 處理項目的異常情況並向優質教育基金秘書處提出建議;
(d) 準備必須的文件以報告計劃的進度;及
(e) 就一般行政和財務事宜,例如:發放資助,與優質教育基金秘書處和計畫受款人聯絡。
(ii) 與外部支援夥伴及服務供應商(包括香港教育城及香港生產力促進局)合作,配合其提供的服務,促進資助項目的發展及推廣配套計劃的項目成果,包括:
(a) 準備宣傳/推廣資料,以上載至香港教育城網站及其他合適平台;
(b) 舉辦活動,以推廣及展示配套計劃的項目成果;
(c) 舉辦經驗分享會,幫助受款人發展長遠的可持續策略;及
(d) 支援專責小組釐定以公帑資助學校試用項目成果的資助金額。
(iii) 提供有關推行配套計劃的專業及行政支援,包括草擬回覆立法會議員、傳媒及公眾的查詢;準備討論文件,以協助教育局高級人員或相關委員會(例如優質教育基金督導委員會及資訊科技教育策略發展督導委員會)就配套計劃進行討論。
(B) 發展人工智能教育
(i) 聯絡大專院校、教師專業團體及資訊科技機構/公司(包括香港教育城及香港生產力促進局),就資訊科技教育的最新發展交流知識,為未來的協作建立聯繫;
(ii) 建立包含前線老師的學習社群,發展應用人工智能於學與教的有效教學法和實作;
(iii) 進行校訪,收集有效運用人工智能於學與教的範例;
(iv) 提供意見以助編寫與人工智能在教育領域的相關指引和參考材料予教師使用;
(v) 協助策劃及舉辦相關教師專業發展課程。
(C) 其他:

(A) Supporting the implementation of the Quality Education Fund (QEF) e-Learning Ancillary Facilities Programme (eLAFP), including the following tasks:
(i) To plan and execute tasks in monitoring the funded projects, including:
(a) Arranging and conducting meetings and on-site visits with individual project grantees;
(b) Reviewing progress/final reports submitted by project grantees and providing professional advice to grantees;
(c) Handling project irregularities and making recommendations to the QEF Secretariat;
(d) Preparing necessary documents to report the progress of the Programme; and
(e) Liaising with QEF Secretariat and project grantees on general administration and financial matters, e.g. disbursement of funding.
(ii) To work with external supporting partners and services providers, including the Hong Kong Education City Limited (HKECL) and the Hong Kong Productivity Council (HKPC) regarding their services rendered to facilitate the development of the funded projects and dissemination of the project deliverables for eLAFP, including:
(a) Preparing publicity/promotion materials to be uploaded to the HKECL website and other suitable channels;
(b) Organising events to disseminate and showcase the project deliverables;
(c) Organising experience sharing sessions for grantees on developing their long-term sustainable strategies; and
(d) Supporting the Task Force to determine the sponsorship level for publicly-funded schools to trial use the project deliverables.
(iii) To provide professional and administrative support in relation to the implementation of eLAFP, such as drafting replies to enquiries raised by LegCo members, media and the public; preparing documents and papers to facilitate discussion about the Programme by EDB seniors or relevant committees such as the QEF Steering Committee and the Steering Committee on Strategic Development of IT in Education.
(B) Development of AI in education
(i) To liaise with tertiary institutions, teachers' professional organisations and IT organisations/companies (including HKECL and HKPC) for exchanging knowledge on the latest development of IT in Education and building connection for future collaboration.
(ii) To establish learning communities comprising frontline teachers to develop effective pedagogies and practice related to using AI in learning and teaching.
(iii) To conduct school visits to collect exemplars on effective use of AI in learning and teaching.
(iv) To contribute to the preparation of guidelines and reference materials for teachers in connection with AI in education.
(v) To assist in planning and organising relevant professional development programmes for teachers.
(C) Others
(i) To perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(c) At least 5 years of working experience at substantive rank equivalent to Principal Graduate Master/Mistress, Senior Inspector or above, including the supervision of multiple disciplines of staff;
(d) At least 2 years of experience in promoting e-learning (including application of AI in teaching and learning) such as organisation of professional development programmes, provision of school-based support and evaluation of projects related to e-learning;
(e) Good report writing skills in particular by collating expert comments from different parties, such as Key Learning Area Sections of the Curriculum Development Institute and external consultants;
(f) Good experience in providing secretarial support to an education-related committee or task force;
(g) Good experience in planning and arranging school visits as well as writing post-visit reports;
(h) Good experience in monitoring commissioned services delivered by IT service providers;
(i) Profound knowledge in Government regulations and guidelines, especially on procurement and management of commissioned services and staff recruitment;
(j) Good experience and skillful in answering enquiries of Legislative Council and media; and
(k) Good interpersonal and communication skills.
