職責
(a)執行辦公室雜項工作和簡單文書工作,包括檔案管理、收發文件、影印文件及接待處櫃位服務;(b)執行一般體力勞動工作,包括搬運郵袋、文件、文具及辦公室設備等;(c)協助聯絡供應商以安排維修保養服務和協助辦公室的搬遷及裝修工作;以及(d)其他由上司指派的職務。(註﹕受聘者須不定時及於惡劣天氣下工作。)
(a) to perform office sundry duties and simple clerical duties, including filing, receiving and dispatching, photocopying and counter reception duties; (b) to perform general manual duties, including transporting mail bags, documents, stationary and office equipment, etc.; (c) to provide assistance in contacting suppliers for maintenance services and in office removal and renovation; and (d) to perform other duties assigned by supervisors. (Note: The post holder is required to work irregular hours and under inclement weather.)
