(a) To ensure the process in arranging payment of repair and maintenance projects for education subvented building has been properly performed by payment team;
(b) To oversee the maintenance of detailed project expenditure and budgeting records as well as to ensure data integrity of the interfaces between systems;
(c) To provide professional knowledge and support in revamping departmental systems;
(d) To prepare various statistical reports and annual estimates;
(e) To assist in development, maintaining and reviewing the accounting procedures and guidelines; and
(f) To answer enquiries; and to undertake any ad hoc duties as assigned.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Accountancy, or equivalent, and be a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), or equivalent;
(b) Met the language proficiency requirement of 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [See Note(ii)];
(c) Strong command of written Chinese and English and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English;
(d) Be proficient in word-processing and spreadsheet computer applications, and Chinese input method (e.g. Changjie/Quick);
(e) At least 5 years' full-time post-qualification working experience in the accounting fields at supervisory level; and
(f) At least 2 years of working experience in accounting system development or enhancement; working experience in the Government departments/public sector/sizable non-profit making organization preferred.
