你將負責為StartmeupHK團隊提供行政及後勤支援服務,協助執行部門的投資推廣工作,以吸引內地及海外公司來港開設或拓展業務。

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is the department of HKSAR tasked to attract and retain foreign direct investment in Hong Kong. InvestHK launched the StartmeupHK initiative in 2013 to attract innovative and scalable entrepreneurs to Hong Kong. StartmeupHK provides a one-stop service platform to support start-ups setting up in the city, promote Hong Kong as a premier start-up destination and help build our ecosystem to transform the city into an attractive destination and hub for entrepreneurs from around the world.
InvestHK is now recruiting a candidate who is passionate about technology and building start-up ecosystems to join our StartmeupHK team to deliver our mission and objectives.
The Role
You will be responsible for providing administrative and logistic support to the StartmeupHK team in the delivery of the investment promotion missions of the department to attract Mainland and overseas companies to set up or expand business operations in Hong Kong.
Duties
(a) To answer enquiries and provide logistic and administrative support for StartmeupHK team and its activities;
(b) To conduct desktop research and prepare briefs and presentation materials on investment-related initiatives and provide support in budgetary control;
(c) To input and maintain departmental databases and computer systems such as the Customer Relationship Management System;
(d) To update websites; develop, design and prepare social media posts across different social media channels and online platforms; and
(e) To assist in the logistic arrangements (e.g. promotions, invitations and venue decoration) for local/overseas events, e.g. press conferences, community programmes, exhibitions, promotional activities; and to liaise with agencies and contractors on the development of promotional materials and updating of content.

入職條件
(a) 具備最少三年在工商管理、客戶管理、金融/財務、國際市場推廣/營銷、公共關係或相關領域獲得的全職工作經驗;
(b) 持有香港任何一所大學所頒授的工商管理、金融/財務、經濟、傳理學、公共關係、國際市場推廣或相關學科的學士學位,或具同等學歷;
(c) 中英文書面溝通技巧良好,並能操流利廣東話、普通話及英語。通曉其他語言者更佳;以及
(d) 精通英文及中文文書處理及以下應用程式︰Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint。

(a) Minimum three years of relevant full-time work experience gained in business administration, account management, finance, international marketing/sales, public relations or a related field;
(b) A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, communications, public relations, international marketing, or a related discipline from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(c) A good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English. Proficiency in other languages would be an advantage; and
(d) Proficient in English and Chinese word processing, and in the applications of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
