職責
主要職責包括:
(a) 協助項目管理工作,例如服務合約管理、個案轉介、處理查詢及投訴、處理財政事宜、處理牌照申請、處理計劃申請,以及編纂數據及報告;
(b) 協助籌辦簡介會、培訓及宣傳活動;
(c) 協助為委員會提供秘書處支援;
(d) 為資訊科技系統的建立、保養及提升工作提供行政支援;
(e) 提供一般行政支援;以及
(f) 執行其他獲指派的特別職務。
獲聘的申請人會由勞工處調派到各辦公室工作,工作安排將視乎有關辦公室的服務需求而定,並可能需要執行戶外工作和逾時工作、不定時或輪班工作,以及在星期六、星期日和公眾假期上班。

The main duties include –
(a) to assist in programme administration, such as service contract management, making case referrals, handling enquiries and complaints, handling financial matters, handling applications for licences, handling scheme applications, and compiling statistics and reports;
(b) to assist in organising briefings, training and promotional activities;
(c) to assist in providing secretariat support to committees;
(d) to assist in providing administrative support for the establishment, maintenance and enhancement of information technology systems;
(e) to provide general administrative support; and
(f) to perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Successful candidates will be assigned to work in different offices at the sole discretion of the Labour Department. The work arrangements will be subject to the service needs of the office(s) concerned. They may also be required to perform outdoor work and work overtime, irregular hours or shifts, and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Candidates should have –
(a) a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) Level 1 in the two language papers (Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [Notes (1) to (3)];
(c) good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
(d) proficient in the application of common business software (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing; and
(e) good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preference will be given to candidates who have at least two years’ full-time working experience in the public sector.

入職條件(註)
(1) 綜合招聘考試中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為二級、一級或不及格,並以二級為最高等級。於2006年12月及以後考獲的中文運用及英文運用試卷的二級及一級成績永久有效。申請人如已在過去的綜合招聘考試中,取得所需的中文運用及英文運用試卷有效成績,即已符合上述職位入職條件的(b)項。
(2) 香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第4級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科D級或以上的成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的一級成績。
(3) 香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第4級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科D級或以上成績;或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科D級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的一級成績。
