職責
(a) 主力負責全方位學習津貼及學生活動支援津貼(下稱津貼)的日常管理和營運工作,以及推動相關程序電子化;
(b) 協助監察和檢討學校運用津貼的概況和成效;
(c) 處理與全方位學習相關的查詢;
(d) 協助籌辦全方位學習相關的專業培訓和學生活動;
(e) 協助籌辦和推行公民與社會發展科(公民科),內地考察例如處理學校申請、預計開支及分析數據等;
(f) 管理和更新與全方位學習及公民科內地考察相關的網頁及網上支援系統;以及
(g) 執行其他有關的職務,如:會議記錄、協助有關印務以及其他支援工作。

(a) To take up a key role in the day-to-day administration and implementation of the Life-wide Learning (LWL) Grant and Student Activities Support Grant (SAS Grant), and to foster electronic development of relevant procedures;
(b) To assist in monitoring and reviewing the usage and impacts of LWL Grant and SAS Grant by schools;
(c) To handle enquiries relating to LWL;
(d) To assist in the organisation of LWL-related professional development or student activities;
(e) To assist in the planning and implementation of Mainland Study Tours of the Subject of Citizenship and Social Development (CS Tours), such as processing school applications, estimating expenditures, and analysing data, etc;
(f) To manage and update websites and electronic platforms relating to LWL and CS Tours; and
(g) To perform other duties as required such as taking notes of meeting, assisting in printing matters and providing other support.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港所頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷。主修電腦/統計/會計並具備相關認可培訓者優先[見註(i)];
(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績,或具備同等成績[見註(ii)];
(c) 精通統計,尤其熟悉運用Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), Excel及Access等電腦軟件[見註(iv)];
(d) 具備不少於2年與教育、教育研究、為學校舉辦工作坊和研討會、處理津貼審撥/會計管理、更新網頁、網上表格設計及處理、為學校/教師提供建議(例如學校探訪)工作經驗者優先[見註(iv)];
(e) 具備良好的中英文講寫能力。具備普通話溝通能力者優先;以及
(f) 具備良好人際溝通技巧及獨立工作能力。

(b) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(c) Proficiency in statistical knowledge, especially in using computer software of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), Excel and Access, etc. [See Note (iv)];
(d) With at least 2 years working experience in education field, educational research, organising workshops and seminars for schools, handling grant allocation matters/accounting control, webpage maintenance, design and processing of online forms, advising teachers/schools (e.g. school visits) preferred [See Note (iv)];
(e) Good writing and oral skills in Chinese and English. With communication skills in Putonghua preferred; and
(f) Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
