職責
管理支援主任負責(a)協助制訂策略宣傳計劃,以達到既定目標;(b)協助推行宣傳活動,例如製作政府宣傳聲帶/短片、海報和刊物,以及在學校講座及其他座談會上演講;(c)協助為技術研討會、會議、嘉年華會、展覽、策略工作坊等提供後勤支援;(d)為進行宣傳和市場推廣活動,設立及管理數據庫;(e)為項目規劃、採購和實施提供行政支援;(f)為人力資源管理、招聘、晉升和人事等事宜提供管理和後勤支援;(g)執行資源管理和行政工作,以及其他不時指派的職務;以及(h)在有需要時不定時或輪班工作。

A Management Support Officer is responsible for (a) assisting in formulating strategic publicity plans to achieve pre-set objectives; (b) assisting in implementing publicity activities, such as production of Announcements of Public Interest, posters and publications, as well as presentation at school talks and other forums; (c) assisting in providing logistic support for technical seminars, conferences, carnivals, exhibitions, strategy workshops, etc.; (d) establishing and maintaining databases for publicity and marketing activities; (e) providing administrative support for project planning, procurement and implementation; (f) providing management and logistic support for matters relating to human resource management, recruitment, promotion and personnel; (g) performing resource management, administrative and other duties assigned from time to time; and (h) working irregular hours or shifts when necessary.
Successful candidates may be posted to work in other departments and may be required to : (a) work irregular hours / in remote areas / in harsh conditions; (b) perform shift duty / stand-by duty / on-call duty / emergency duty; (c) wear uniform / protective clothing; (d) carry pager / mobile phone; (e) work with computer; (f) perform self-drive duty (training will be provided where necessary); and (g) perform any other duties as required.

入職條件
申請人必須(a)持有學士學位,如為傳理學、市場學、人力資源管理學或相關科目的學位更佳;(b)具備至少兩年工作經驗,如屬公共關係/公共資源管理/招聘的經驗則更佳;(c)對辦公室自動化軟件應用系統(包括文字處理、試算表和演示軟件)具備實際的工作知識;以及(d)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科取得第2等級或以上成績,或具備同等成績(見註1)。
Candidates should have (a) a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Communication Studies, Marketing, Human Resource Management or related subjects; (b) at least two years of work experience, preferably in public relations/ public resource management/ recruitment; (c) hands-on working knowledge on office automation software application systems, including word processing, spreadsheet and presentation; and (d) attained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (See Note 1).
