- (i)協助大廈互助委員會及業主立案法團之成立，並協助其推動會務及社區工作；
- (ii)協助葵青民政事務處職員舉辦撲滅罪行運動及其他社區活動；
- (iii)協助推行社區中心及社區會堂之活動及其管理工作；
- (iv)協助進行調查研究工作，並轉達市民之意見；
- (v)部分獲聘人士或須協助執行與工程相關的工作; 及
- (vi)執行由葵青民政事務處職員指派的其他相關職務(包括不定時及戶外工作)。
職責
- (i)To assist in the formation and development of mutual aid committees and owners’ corporations and heighten their interest in community affairs;
- (ii)To assist staff of Kwai Tsing District Office in fight crime campaigns and other community affairs;
- (iii)To assist in the management of community centres and community halls and to carry out activities at community centres and community halls;
- (iv)To assist in research work and to reflect the views of the public;
- (v)Some successful candidates may be required to assist in works-related duties; and
- (vi)To carry out any other duties assigned by staff of Kwai Tsing District Office (including irregular working hours and outdoor duties).
入職條件
- (i)中五畢業;
- (ii)香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科達E級/第2等級或以上，以及另有三科成績達E級或以上，或具備同等學歷;
- (iii)能操流利粵語及具備良好中、英語文水平;
- (iv)具備豐富電腦軟件應用知識及中英文文字處理技巧;
- (v)由於部分獲聘人士須執行與工程相關的工作，如申請人具備與工程相關/工程設計相關的工作經驗，或持有香港一間理工學院/香港理工大學/香港專業教育學院/職業訓練局/工業學院/科技學院所頒發的相關科目*的文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷，或可獲最優先考慮;
- (vi)如申請人正在修讀由香港理工大學/香港專業教育學院/職業訓練局/工業學院/科技學院所開辦的相關科目*的文憑或高級證書課程，或同等課程，亦或可獲優先考慮。
* 相關科目包括: - 土木工程學 - 建築學 - 林業學 - 園藝學
- (i)Form 5 Graduate;
- (ii)Grade E/Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language together with three other subjects at Grade E or above in the HKCEE, or equivalent.;
- (iii)Fluent Cantonese and good command of both English and Chinese;
- (iv)Good knowledge of common computer software applications, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese and English word-processing skills;
- (v)Since some of the candidates may be assigned with works-related duties, candidates with works-related/works design-related work experience, or who have obtained a Diploma/Higher Certificate in a relevant subject* from a Hong Kong polytechnic/Hong Kong Polytechnic University/Institute of Vocational Education/Vocational Training Council/a technical institute/a technical college, or equivalent, may be assigned with strong preference; and
- (vi)Candidates who are studying Diploma/Higher Certificate of the relevant subjects* at Hong Kong Polytechnic University/Institute of Vocational Education/Vocational Training Council/a technical institute/a technical college, or equivalent, may also be assigned with preference.
