職責
負責(a)資料搜集、撰寫稿件及與外界聯絡；(b)處理直播及錄音節目；(c)協助製作大型活動／宣傳活動(例如頒獎禮、論壇、研討會和綜藝節目)；(d)協助多媒體製作；(e)擬備合約及處理繳費的工作；(f)收集並分析統計資料；(g)進行並協調招聘工作；以及(h)執行上司指派的各項行政職務。
(註：須不定時工作，又或需與非操粵語的社群共事。)
Being responsible for (a) conducting research, writing scripts and liaising with outside parties for radio programme production; (b) handling live and recording programmes; (c) assisting in the production of large-scale / promotional activities such as awards presentations, forums, seminars, variety shows; (d) producing multimedia materials; (e) preparing contracts and processing payments; (f) collecting and analyzing statistical information; (g) conducting and coordinating recruitment exercises; and (h) performing various administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.
(Note : Required to work irregular hours and may need to work with non-Chinese speaking communities.)
入職條件
申請人必須：
(a)(i)持有香港頒授的學位，或具備同等學歷，並具有一年相關於廣播、媒體及傳訊、公共關係、社工或公共行政方面的工作經驗[請參閱註(1)]；或(ii)持有香港大專院校頒授的認可高級文憑或認可副學士學位，或具備同等學歷，並具有兩年相關的工作經驗；(b)在香港中學會考／香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，或具同等學歷[請參閱註(2) ]。
申請人如具備以下條件更為理想 –
(i) 良好廣播聲線；
(ii) 熟悉一般時事及公共事務；
(iii) 熟悉文化事務及舞台表演；
(iv) 熟悉社區廣播；
(v) 了解政府採購程序及《僱傭條例》;
(vi) 熟悉微軟Word、中文文字處理、Excel和Powerpoint的電腦操作; 及／或
(vii) 多媒體製作。

Candidates should have
(a)(i) a Hong Kong degree, or equivalent; and 1 year’s relevant experience in broadcasting, mass media and communication, public relations, social work or public administration [See note (1)]; OR (ii) an accredited Higher Diploma or an accredited Associate Degree, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 2 years’ relevant experience; (b) Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent [See note (2)].
Candidates who possess the following caliber / knowledge will have an advantage -
(i) good broadcasting voice;
(ii) good understanding of general and current affairs issues;
(iii) cultural issues and stage performances;
(iv) community broadcast;
(v) government procurement procedures and Employment Ordinance;
(vi) computer operations in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing, Excel and Powerpoint;
(vii) multi-media production.
[Remarks: Applicants may be deployed to work in (a)Radio 1, (b)Radio 2, (c)Cultural and Educational Unit or (d)Digital Audio Broadcasting & Community Involvement in Broadcasting Unit of Chinese Programme Services, Radio Division. (1)申請者或需遞交過往作品，以展示其製作技巧及／或需參加工作技能測試。(2)過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級的成績，在行政上被視為等同二零零七年及其後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級成績。
