職責
主要執行一般辦公室支援服務及簡單文書職務,包括影印、收發文件、檔案管理、文件處理、顧客服務及部門支援等工作。
Mainly deployed on general office support and simple clerical duties, including photocopying, receiving and dispatching, filing, document processing, customer service and departmental support duties.
入職條件
(a) 已完成中四學業,選修科目必須包括中文、英文、數學科目,或具備同等學歷;及
(b) 熟悉中/英文文書處理,以及具備應用MS Word及MS Excel的知識可獲優先考慮。
(a) Completed Form Four education, subjects studied including Chinese, English and Mathematics or equivalent; and
(b) Possessed Chinese and English word-processing skills and knowledge of using MS Word and MS Excel would be an advantage.
入職條件(註)
工作時間:每周工作44(包括用膳時間)小時。
