職責
(a) 分析用戶需求，進行可行性研究，編寫系統設計規格，協助進行資訊科技計劃的招標工作，以及監察外判服務；(b) 執行有關應用系統的開發、測試、執行、文件編製、保養維修、管理，以及用戶訓練與支援工作；(c) 在有需要時執行其他與資訊科技有關的工作。
(a) To analyse user requirements, conduct feasibility studies, prepare system design specifications, assist in tendering of IT projects and monitor outsourced services; (b) To carry out application system development, testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance, administration, and user training and user support; and (c) To perform other IT-related duties as required.
入職條件
申請人必須 : (a) 持有本港大學頒授的資訊科技或電腦科學學位，或具同等學歷；(b) 取得上述學歷後，具最少三年的資訊科技工作經驗，包括有關Oracle、SQL server、MySQL、Windows servers、UNIX、Linux、Visual Basic、Crystal Reports、Visual FoxPro、PHP、MS Office、Lotus Notes、Java、Javascript、HTML、XML、LDAP、Apache及Jboss的應用系統開發及保養維修工作；(c) 具良好的中、英文口語及書寫溝通技巧； 並符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等學歷。[註：政府在聘任非公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。]；(d) 具良好的客戶服務技巧、人際關係技巧和分析能力。
Candidates should have - (a) A degree in Information Technology (IT) or Computer Science from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent; (b) At least 3 years' post-qualification IT experience in application system development and maintenance of the following: Oracle, SQL server, MySQL, Windows servers, UNIX, Linux, Visual Basic, Crystal Reports, Visual FoxPro, PHP, MS Office, Lotus Notes, Java, Javascript, HTML, XML, LDAP, Apache and Jboss; (c) Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English; and met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; [For non-civil service appointment purpose, ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth]; and (d) Good customer service, interpersonal and analytical skills.
