職責
(a)負責建議、策劃和籌辦各類與語文教育相關的項目和活動;
(b)聯繫不同團體,例如非政府組織和商業機構等,促使雙方合作舉辦各類語文項目;
(c)為語常會[備註]轄下小組委員會及工作小組提供秘書處支援;
(d)管理財務帳目工作,以確保符合現行政策的規定;
(e)監督和管理轄下職員;以及
(f)按語文教育及語常會事務組部門主管的要求,執行其他獲指派的職務。
[備註:語文教育及研究常務委員會(語常會)於一九九六年成立,就一般語文教育事宜及語文基金的運用,向政府提出建議。]
(a) To propose, plan and organise various language-education related projects and campaigns;
(b) To liaise with various stakeholders, such as non-governmental organisations and business sectors, to solicit their support to run various language-related projects;
(c) To provide secretariat support to the sub-committees and working groups set up under the SCOLAR [Remarks];
(d) To manage accounting matters and ensure compliance with established policies;
(e) To oversee and manage the staff in the Project Team; and
(f) To undertake duties assigned by Section head of the Language Education & SCOLAR Section.
[Remarks : The Standing Committee on Language Education and Research (SCOLAR) was established in 1996 to advise Government on language education issues in general as well as on the use of the Language Fund.]
入職條件
(a)持有本港頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b)於香港高級程度會考(i)中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科及(ii)英語運用科成績達C級或以上,或具備同等成績;
(c)大學畢業後,具備最少十年管理財務及項目的經驗,並須提供有效證明;
(d)熟悉本港的教育制度;
(e)可能需要加班(包括公眾假期)及到語文教育及語常會事務組辦公室以外的地方工作;
(f)具備良好的溝通及人際技巧;以及
(g)如申請人具備在政府及/或教育機構的工作經驗,可獲優先考慮。

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
(b) Grade 'C' or above in (i) Chinese Language and Culture or Chinese Language and Literature and (ii) Use of English in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE), or equivalent;
(c) At least 10 years' post-degree proven working experience in financial and project management;
(d) With good knowledge of the local education system;
(e) May be required to work overtime (including public holidays) and at locations other than the office of Language Education and SCOLAR Section;
(f) Excellent communication and inter-personal skills; and
(g) Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in the government and/or education sector.
