職責
客戶服務主任負責:
(a) 處理消費者對電訊營辦商的投訴,以口頭和書面形式解答公眾查詢,並須與內部職員協調和擬備回覆;
(b) 協助擬備用於內部報告的統計資料及數據;
(c) 執行一般辦公室職務;
(d) 處理接待處工作;以及
(e) 履行上司指派的臨時職務。
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for:
(a) handling consumer complaints against telecommunications operators and answering public enquiries in both verbal and written forms. He/She will also need to coordinate with internal officers and prepare replies;
(b) assisting in preparing statistical information and data for internal reports;
(c) performing general office duties;
(d) dealing with reception counter duties; and
(e) ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
入職條件
申請人須—
(a) (i) 持有本港大學頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷;
(ii) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級[註(1)]或以上成績,或具同等成績;以及
(iii)在取得有關學歷後具備至少兩年客戶服務及/或處理投訴方面的工作經驗;
或
(b) (i) 在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績,以及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲3級[註(1)]/C級或以上成績[註(2)]或具同等學歷;
(ii) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級[註1]或以上成績,或具同等成績;以及
(iii)在取得有關學歷後具備至少四年客戶服務及/或處理投訴方面的工作經驗。
申請人須—
(a) 態度積極、具信心處理複雜的投訴個案;
(b) 能在壓力下工作;
(c) 操流利英語和粵語,通曉普通話;
(d) 有良好的電腦軟件(例如Word、Excel和電郵)應用知識;
(e) 英文和中文文書處理速度分別達每分鐘30字和20字者較佳;以及
(f) 對本地電訊服務有認識者更佳。
初步入選的應徵者須參加中英文筆試和打字測試。
Candidates should have -
(a) (i) A bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(ii) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [Note (1)] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and
(iii) at least two years’ post qualification working experience in customer service and/or complaint handling;
OR
(b) (i) Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 [Note (1)]/Grade C or above in three other subjects in the HKCEE [Note 2], or equivalent;
(ii) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 [Note 1] or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and
(iii) at least four years’ post qualification working experience in customer service and/or complaint handling.
Candidates should:
(a) have a positive attitude and confidence in handling complicated complaint cases;
(b) be able to work under pressure;
(c) speak fluent English and Cantonese and have a general knowledge of Putonghua;
(d) have good knowledge of the use of computer software such as Word, Excel and E-mail;
(e) capable of English and Chinese word processing, speed preferably at 30 and 20 words per minute respectively; and
(f) preferably have knowledge about the local telecommunications services.
Selected candidates will be required to attend a written test in both English and Chinese as well as a typing test.

(1) 政府在聘任非公務員員工時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
(2) 有關科目可包括中國語文科和英國語文科。
