職責
合約文員主要負責(a)執行辦公室的行政工作,包括數據輸入工作,編寫有關動物及其相關產品進口及轉口的統計報告和採購工作;(b)協助處理文件存檔工作,包括更新存檔記錄,查找文件,開新文件檔及妥善保存文件檔;(c)協助處理逾期的記錄或檔案;(d)協助整理車輛的行駛記錄及相關報告;(e)協助辦理機場動物居留所的入住及放行手續;(f)執行上級所分配的任何其他職務。
註:成功受聘者可能於新界區偏遠地方工作。
A Contract General Clerk is mainly deployed on (a) performing administrative work in office, including data input work, preparing reports and statistics relating to importation and transshipment of animals and related products and procurement works; (b) assisting in filing matters, including updating inventory records, locating files, raising new files, keeping safe custody of files; (c) assisting in implementing records disposal by locating records, packing inactive records; (d) assisting in preparation of vehicle driving records and related reports; (e) assisting in admission and release procedure of Airport Animal Hostel; and (f) performing any other duties assigned by senior officers.
Note: The appointee may work in remote areas in the New Territories.

申請人必須(a)中五畢業,或具同等成績;(b)能操流利粵語及簡單英語,並能閱讀及書寫中文及簡單英文;及(c)至少一年工作經驗。
註:申請人必須熟悉常用電腦軟件如MS Word、 MS PowerPoint、 MS Excel及中文輸入法。
The applicant should have (a) be a Secondary 5 graduate, or equivalent; (b) be able to speak fluent Cantonese and simple English, read and write Chinese and simple English; and (c) have at least one year’s working experience.
Note: The candidate should be conversant with common computer software including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and Chinese characters input.
