職責
濕地導賞員主要負責 (a) 回答市民查詢／負責香港濕地公園詢問處的工作；(b) 提供導賞服務； (c) 於香港濕地公園負責巡邏及執法工作；(d) 為香港濕地公園進行外訪節目； (e) 協助濕地公園經理管理及營運香港濕地公園。
The Wetland Interpreter is mainly deployed on (a) answering public enquiries and manning information counter at Hong Kong Wetland Park (HKWP); (b) providing guided tour service; (c) patrolling HKWP and performing law-enforcement duties at HKWP; (d) carrying out outreaching programmes for HKWP; (e) coordinating and implementing volunteer service; and (f) assisting Supervisors and Wetland Park Managers on management and operation of HKWP.
入職條件
申請人必須 (a) 持有香港其中一間大學頒發的農業科學、生物學/應用生物學、植物學、植物病態學、生態學、昆蟲學、環境研究/科學/管理學、林業學、地理學及園藝學的大學學位，或具同等學歷；及 (b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績。
(註：政府在聘任非公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。)
The applicant should have (a) a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Biology/Applied Biology, Botany, Plant Pathology, Ecology, Entomology, Environmental Studies/Science/Management, Forestry, Geography and Horticulture from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; and (b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.
(Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.)
