(a) To support the Assessment Panel in working out the detailed assessment criteria and excellence indicators and to undertake research as may be required by the Assessment Panel; (b) To liaise with schools, nominators and/or nominees on matters relating to the assessment of nominations; (c) To support the Assessment Panel in conducting initial assessment of all nominations received, such as examining nomination documents, arranging interviews, taking notes, compiling reports, etc; (d) To support the Assessment Panel in conducting detailed assessment of the short-listed nominations, such as arranging school visits, class observations, taking notes, compiling reports, etc; and (e) To compile a comprehensive report on the assessment work.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design or other relevant subject(s) or equivalent; (b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent; (c) At least 10 years' post-degree teaching / quality assurance / curriculum development experience in technological subjects; and (d) Candidates with experience in training or assessing teachers are preferred.
