- (a)與土木工程拓展署(土拓署)總部的新工程合約執行支援組合作，協助高級管理層統一該署工程合約在採用新工程合約模式時的程序與流程；
- (b)就新工程合約的選項選擇及行政與運作安排，向項目團隊提供諮詢服務；
- (c)聯絡土拓署各辦事處的項目團隊並出席會議，就處理新工程合約事宜向前線人員提供諮詢服務，並研究項目團隊的反饋及收集其表現數據；
- (d)就政策及實務事宜與發展局及持份者協作及交流，以制定相關指引；
- (e)籌辦新工程合約經驗分享會，以統一各項目團隊的做法；
- (f)收集部門意見及統計數字，以便就新工程合約政策事宜與發展局進行溝通；
- (g)執行推廣新工程合約的工作；以及
- (h)執行由上級指派的其他職務。
職責
- (a)To work with the NEC Executive Support Team in the Headquarters of the Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) to provide support to the senior management to align procedures and process in the adoption of NEC in CEDD’s work contracts;
- (b)To provide advisory service to project teams in NEC option selection and NEC administrative and operation arrangement;
- (c)To reach out to project teams of different Offices in CEDD and attend meetings offering advisory services to frontline staff in tackling NEC issues, studying feedbacks and collecting performance data from project teams;
- (d)To collaborate and share with the Development Bureau (DEVB) and stakeholders on policy and practice issues for establishment of guidelines;
- (e)To arrange NEC experience sharing session to align practices among project teams;
- (f)To collect departmental views and statistics for communication with DEVB on NEC policy issues;
- (g)To carry out NEC promotion activities; and
- (h)To undertake any other duties as assigned by the senior management.
入職條件
- (a)具備香港工程師學會於1975年12月5日後選取的正式會員(土木界別)資格，或同等資格[請參閱註(1)及(2)]；
- (b)具備新工程合約3或4工程及建造合約項目經理的認可資格[請參閱註(2)]；
- (c)在取得上述(a)的資格後，具備最少12年相關經驗，包括(i)最少五年以業主方身分參與採用新工程合約模式的基建項目的經驗，以及(ii)最少四年為工程專業人員提供新工程合約培訓、建議及良好作業指引的經驗[請參閱註(2)]；以及
- (d)具備良好中英文口語及書寫能力。
- (a)be a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil Discipline) elected after 5 December 1975, or equivalent [see Notes
- (1)and (2)];
- (b)be an accredited New Engineering Contract 3 or 4 (NEC3 or NEC4) Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) Project Manager [see Note (2)];
- (c)have at least 12 years’ relevant post-qualification experience [as specified in
- (a)above], including
- (i)at least 5 years’ experience working in infrastructure projects adopting NEC form in the Client position, and
- (ii)at least 4 years’ experience in delivering NEC training and providing NEC advice and good practices to engineering professionals [see Note (2)]; and
- (d)have a good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
