- (b)在中學或辦學團體的講座擔任演講者，推動國民教育及國家安全教育的整體課程領導，擴闊參與者對國民身份認同的理解，並提高維護國家安全的意識；
- (c)籌備為校長和教師舉辦的國民教育專業發展課程，推廣以全校整體規劃國民教育的良好示例，與學界分享良好的實踐經驗；以及
- (d)執行被委派的其他職務。

職責
- (a)To keep schools abreast of the latest development of the strategies in the promotion of values education and national security education through school visit;
- (b)To serve as speaker in secondary schools or sponsoring bodies to ensure holistic curriculum leadership of national education with an emphasis on national security education, with a view to broadening participants' understanding and reflecting on our national identity, and enhancing the awareness of safeguarding national security;
- (c)To plan, implement and evaluate professional development programmes targeted at principals and teachers on national education for dissemination of good practices in whole-school curriculum planning; and
- (d)To perform other duties as assigned.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)]；
- (b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)]；
- (c)在取得上述(a)及(b)學歷後，具備不少於20年的教學或與教育相關的經驗，例如學校支援、視學及課程發展，其中應具備至少5年擔任管理層之職位[參閱註(ii)]；
- (d)良好中英文口語及書寫能力；
- (e)良好的組織、溝通和人際交往能力；
- (f)了解課程發展的最新趨勢，特別是憲法和基本法教育；以及
- (g)具備敏銳的政治觸覺，並與相關的持份者（如學校、團體、內地相關範疇的專家）有良好的溝通網絡，以有助執行在學校推廣憲法和基本法教育及價值觀教育相關的職責。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent [See Note (i)];
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note (i)];
- (c)At least 20 years' relevant post-qualification [as specified in
- (a)& (b)] teaching experience or education related experience such as school support, school inspection and curriculum development, among which a candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in holding a management position experience [See Note (ii)];
- (d)Good command of both English and Chinese;
- (e)Good organisation, communication and interpersonal skills;
- (f)Awareness of latest development of the curriculum, in particular, the Constitution and Basic Law education; and
- (g)Command rich political acumen and strong network with relevant stakeholders, such as schools, committees, local experts in the field and counterparts in the Mainland in discharging duties related to the promotion of the Constitution and Basic Law education and values education in schools.
