職責
協助人事和一般行政工作,包括製作每月報表、更新人員名單及支援招聘工作。
To assist in providing support in personnel and general administrative matters, including preparing monthly reports, updating pool lists and conducting recruitment exercises.
入職條件
申請人必須 (i) 為修讀商業/管理及相關科目學士/認可高級文憑/認可副學士課程的全日制專上院校學生;(ii) 擅於操作電腦,例如微軟Word、Excel、中文輸入法等;(iii) 對辦公室運作有基本認識;及 (iv) 對香港《僱傭條例》或相關法例有認識會獲優先考慮。
Candidates should be (i) a full-time post-secondary students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree / accredited Higher Diploma / accredited Associate Degree in Business / Management & related studies; (ii) Good computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing, etc.; (iii) Basic knowledge in office practices; and (iv) Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance or related legislations is an advantage.
