職責
在政務及發展科執行行政工作,主要處理辦公室搬遷及辦公地方相關事宜,包括籌劃、協調、諮詢及履行項目;就不同議題擬備文件及摘要等。
To perform administrative duties, mainly on office relocation and accommodation-related matters, including project planning, coordination, consultation and implementation; preparing papers and briefs for various purposes, etc., in the Administration and Development Division.
入職條件
1. 申請人必須-
(a) 持有本港頒授的學士學位,或同等學歷;
(b) 具備最少15年行政管理經驗(如具備高層行政管理經驗更佳);
(c) 具備豐富的行政及項目管理知識,並擁有實務經驗;
(d) 具備卓越的領導、分析和組織能力;
(e) 人際關係及管理監督技巧良好;及
(f) 中英文書寫及會話能力俱佳。
2. 具備政府或公共機構的工作經驗及熟悉政府運作的人士可獲優先考慮。
(註: 受聘人需於短期內上任。)
1. Candidates should have –
(a) a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
(b) at least 15 years of administrative experience at managerial level (experience at senior managerial level is preferable);
(c) ample knowledge of and proven operational experience in administration and project management;
(d) strong leadership, analytical and organizational capabilities;
(e) good interpersonal and supervisory skills; and
(f) good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
2. Working experience in Government or public bodies with in-depth knowledge of Government operation will be an advantage.
