每小時272元，每次工作可獲最少兩小時的酬金﹔由第三小時開始，酬金是以每半小時一個單位去計算。

申請人在通過語文能力測試以及經警方查核證實無犯罪記錄後，司法機構會按需要分配工作給合資格的兼職傳譯員。

職責

（1）在法庭程序中擔任傳譯工作；（2）翻譯文件；（3）謄寫載於錄音帶或錄影帶內的會面記錄或法庭聆訊記錄﹔及（4）核證翻譯文件。

(a)Interpreting in court proceedings;
(b)Translating documents;
(c)Transcribing records of interview and court proceedings with reference to audio/video tapes; and
(d)Certifying translations of documents.

入職條件

申請人必須（1）具大學畢業或同等學歷的資格；（2）精通中文或英文（口頭及書寫），及（3）精通(口頭及書寫)其所申請作兼職傳譯的外語。

All applicants must

(a)possess a recognized university degree or an equivalent academic qualification;
(b)be proficient in English or Chinese (both oral & written); and
(c)be proficient in the foreign language (both oral & written) for which they apply to be a part-time interpreter.
