職責
(a) 協助高級經理領導制訂香港人才服務辦公室的業務策略及計劃,以吸納外來人才來港定居,從而推動香港的多元經濟和豐富香港的人才庫;
(b) 開展市場研究項目/桌面研究,並分析人才和客戶的概況及分類、他們的行為及特點;
(c) 監察環境的轉變及影響,以便提出意見,協助香港人才服務辦公室的業務規劃過程、業務模式發展和策略制定;
(d) 與內部團隊和主要持份者協調並緊密合作,徵詢他們對制訂業務計劃的意見及建議;
(e) 向高層管理人員及相關各方提供分析細節及專業建議,以支援他們擬備匯報資料;
(f) 在制定、界定和監察香港人才服務辦公室的關鍵績效指標擔當領導角色;以及
(g) 執行高級人員指派的任何其他職責。

(a) To assist Senior Manager in leading the formulation of HKTE’s business strategies and plans in attracting outside talents to come and settle in Hong Kong to promote Hong Kong’s diversified economy and enrich Hong Kong’s talent base;
(b) To perform market research projects/desktop researches and analysis on talents and clients profiles and segmentation, their behaviour and characteristics;
(c) To monitor movement and changes of contextual environment and implications so as to contribute insights to facilitate the business planning process, development of business models and strategies formulation of HKTE;
(d) To co-ordinate and work closely with internal teams and key stakeholders for their opinions and contributions to the formulation of business plan;
(e) To provide analytical details and professional advices to top management and relevant parties to support their preparation of presentation materials;
(f) To take leading role in developing, defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of HKTE; and
(g) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) at the time of appointment and should possess –
(a) a Bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) a minimum of 15 years’ full-time post-qualifications work experience, including at least 5 years’ of relevant experience in strategic planning, corporate development or research analysis;
(c) proven track record of hands-on collaborative experience in dealing with different parties in the government and business sectors, and providing excellent customer services to stakeholders;
(d) proactive in sharing ideas and making suggestions, strong writing skills and able to make abstract concepts or complex topics into presentable ideas;
(e) excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
(f) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
(Note: Grade C in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.)
(g) proficiency in the application of common business software (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing.
