- (i)監督由古物古蹟辦事處委派和提出，為已評級歷史建築物和法定古蹟進行的維修保養、修葺及修復工程；
- (ii)協助監察根據《古物及古蹟條例》第6條批給許可證進行的核准工程；
- (iii)視察歷史建築物，並擬備狀況調查報告；
- (iv)擬備工程費用預算，並查核承辦商的工程帳目；
- (v)安排和視察由古物古蹟辦事處負責管理的法定古蹟和其他已評級歷史建築物的大型工程；以及
- (vi)協助檢討和更新建築物維修、修復和活化再利用項目的物料和技術。
職責
- (i)To supervise the maintenance, repair and restoration works of graded historic buildings and declared monuments assigned and initiated by Antiquities and Monuments Office (AMO);
- (ii)To assist in monitoring the approved works for the permit granted under section 6 of the Antiquities and Monuments Ordinance;
- (iii)To inspect and prepare condition survey reports of historical buildings;
- (iv)To prepare estimates of works and check contractors’ accounts;
- (v)To arrange and inspect major works of declared monuments and other graded historic buildings under the management of AMO; and
- (vi)To assist in reviewing and updating materials and techniques for building repair, restoration and adaptive re-use projects.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港任何一間理工學院、理工大學、香港專業教育學院、香港科技學院或工業學院頒發的建築學文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)具備至少八年全職有關建築工程的工作經驗，當中兩年必須與建築保護有關；及
- (c)(i)在香港中學文憑考試中，考獲五科第2級或同等或以上成績[見註1]，其中包括中國語文科及英國語文科，或具同等學歷；或(ii)在香港中學會考中，考獲五科第2級/E級或以上成績[見註2]，其中包括中國語文科及英國語文科，或具同等學歷。
- (a)have a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building studies from a Hong Kong polytechnic, polytechnic university, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, a technical college or a technical institute, or equivalent;
- (b)have at least eight years' full-time working experience in building works, two years of which should involve work in built heritage conservation; and
- (c)
- (i)have Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) [see Note 1], or equivalent; or
- (ii)Level 2 /Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [see Note 2], or equivalent.
