負責律政司民事法律科或其他辦公室有關民事訴訟及／或提供法律意見的工作，或從事其他法律工作及措施。
職責
To be deployed in the Civil Division or other offices of the Department of Justice to undertake civil litigation and/or advisory work or other legal work and initiatives.
入職條件
申請人須–
- (a)(i)在香港取得律師資格；或
- (ii)在香港取得大律師資格和全面執業權後，具備一年專業經驗；以及
- (b)在香港中學文憑試或香港中學會考的英國語文科和中國語文科成績達第2等級或以上，或具同等學歷(註：政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時，過往香港中學會考英國語文科(課程乙)和中國語文科E級的成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考英國語文科和中國語文科第2等級的成績)。
Candidates should –
- (a)
- (i)be solicitors admitted in Hong Kong; or
- (ii)be barristers with one year’s professional experience since attaining the right to full practice in Hong Kong; and
- (b)have attained Level 2 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
(Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, Grade E in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.).
入職條件(註)
- (i)申請人如具備與公法及行政法、詮釋法例條文、法定上訴、商業合約、侵權及民事法律責任、入境、建築物及土地事宜有關的民事訴訟及提供法律意見的工作經驗，以及具備研究主動性和技能，會獲優先考慮；
- (ii)在2025年5月31日或之前在香港取得律師資格的人士亦可申請，但他們須在該日期或之前在香港取得律師資格，方會獲聘；
- (iii)在香港有全面執業權，但在取得全面執業權後並無一年專業經驗的大律師亦可申請。如獲取錄，入職月薪將調節至低於港幣77,855元。在2025年5月31日或之前在香港完成實習大律師實習期並取得大律師資格的人士亦可申請，但他們須完成實習大律師的訓練，表現令人滿意並在該日期或之前在香港取得大律師資格，方會獲聘；以及
- (iv)獲取錄者如具備取得資格後的額外認可相關工作經驗可能得到較高的薪金。
