職責
(1) 制定、發展和推行策略,以研發和推廣特快專遞產品/服務,並為相關業務/市場計劃發展提供支援;
(2) 制定和推行策略性計劃,並擬訂市場推廣活動,以達至業務目標和刺激業務增長;
(3) 就市場趨勢及成本轉變分析業務表現;擬備郵件量和收入預測,以定期監察服務表現準則,並在未能達標時採取補救行動;發掘具增長潛力的業務範疇和商機;
(4) 為特快專遞產品開發和改良工作提供支援,以加強產品特色;管理市場推廣活動及有關項目的各個環節;與不同組別共同開展和統籌項目;以及
(5) 估量品牌認知度、產品定位和形象。
(1) To formulate, develop and implement strategies for developing and marketing Speedpost products/services and support related business/ market plan development;
(2) To formulate and implement strategic plans and devise marketing programmes to achieve the business target and boost growth;
(3) To analyze business performance in relation to the market trend and changes in costs; prepare forecasts on traffic and revenue for monitoring performance measures regularly and initiate remedial actions where targets are not met; explore potential growth areas and business opportunities;
(4) To support Speedpost product development and enhancement to enrich product features; manage all components of marketing campaigns and collateral; initiate and co-ordinate projects with different units; and
(5) To gauge and measure brand awareness, product positioning and image.
入職條件
(1) 持有本港大學頒授的認可工商管理、市場學或相關學科的學士學位,或具同等學歷;
(2) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(2007年以前應為“課程乙”)考獲第3等級(2007年以前應為“C級”)或以上成績,或具同等學歷;
(3) 取得上述學歷資格後,累積不少於5年市場營銷方面的工作經驗,而最近2年須任職管理層,負責管理商業產品線,具備國際消費品或貨運代理行業經驗者尤佳;
(4) 具備多維思考能力,分析力超卓、主動進取、能幹多才、高瞻遠矚;
(5) 具備出色的籌劃、人際關係、項目策劃/統籌技巧;以及
(6) 能獨立工作、分析力強、具商業頭腦和先見之明、主動積極、原動力強、着重團隊精神。
(1) A recognized Hong Kong bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline, or equivalent;
(2) Level 3 (Grade C before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examinations (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(3) A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification marketing experience with the latest 2 years in managing business product line at managerial level, preferably with experience in international consumer goods or freight forwarding business industries;
(4) A multi-dimensional thinker with high level of analytical ability, self-motivated, resourceful and forward thinking;
(5) Excellent organizing, interpersonal, project planning/coordination skills; and
(6) Able to work independently, analytical, demonstrate commercial mindset with foresight, and qualities of a proactive and self-motivated team player.
