Works Supervisor I (Construction)
總薪級表第13點（每月港幣22,165元）至總薪級表第16點（每月港幣25,685元）
職責
一級監工（建築）的主要職責是(a) 督導初級人員和監督承辦商；(b) 監督房屋委員會轄下樓宇的維修保養和建築工程；(c) 負責較複雜的實地量度工作；以及 (d) 執行性質較困難的技術職務。
A Works Supervisor I (Construction) is mainly deployed on (a) supervising minor staff and contractors; (b) supervising building maintenance and construction works for buildings under the Housing Authority’s purview; (c) taking more complicated measurements at sites; and (d) performing technical duties with more difficult nature.
入職條件
申請人必須(a) 持有香港理工大學/理工學院，或香港專業教育學院，或工業學院／科技學院所頒發的建築證書或建築學證書，或具備同等學歷；(b) 在取得上述資格後，具備最少3年相關的工作經驗；以及(c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，或具備同等成績[請參閱註(1)]。
Candidates should have (a) a Certificate in Construction or Building Studies from a Hong Kong polytechnic university/polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or technical institute/technical college, or equivalent; (b) at least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience; and (c) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent. 入職條件(註)
1.政府在聘任公務員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級的成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年及其後舉行的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級的成績。
2.或需執行緊急服務職責及於非一般辦公時間工作。
3.為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，所有公務員職位的招聘，均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。應徵者如獲邀參加遴選面試，會被安排於面試當日參加基本法筆試。筆試會於面試開始前或結束後舉行。應徵者在基本法知識測試的表現，會用作評核其整體表現的其中一個考慮因素。
