職責
獲取錄的申請人將會調派以下其中之一的工作-
(i)行政助理(資助計劃)
(a)處理有關「語文教師專業發展獎勵津貼計劃」、「『教授中文作為第二語言』專業進修津貼計劃」及「提升小學英語水平津貼計劃」的行政及財務工作,包括但不限於:
(i)處理、審閱和批核教師所提交的新申請及發放津貼款項的申請,以及學校所提交的財務報告及單據正本;
(ii)管理津貼計劃的財務帳目及資料庫,並進行數據分析;
(iii)處理與津貼計劃相關的投訴及查詢;
(iv)檢討津貼計劃的成效;
(v)督導文員的工作;
(b)按上司的要求,執行其他獲指派的任務;以及
(c)或須在週六及公眾假期工作。
(ii)行政助理(項目)
(a)提供行政支援予語文教育及研究常務委員會(語常會)相關的工作[參閱備註];
(b)負責項目管理,籌辦大型項目及活動;
(c)監控項目預算,處理財務帳目的工作;
(d)督導文書人員的工作;
(e)管理檔案及記錄系統,並負責校對及整理報告;
(f)按上司的要求,執行其他獲指派的任務;以及
(g)或須在週六及公眾假期工作。
[備註:語常會於1996年成立,就一般語文教育事宜及語文基金的運用,向政府提供建議。]
Appointees will be deployed to one of the following duties -
(i) Executive Assistant (Funding Scheme)
(a) To handle the administrative and financial matters relating to the implementation of "Professional Development Incentive Grant Scheme for Language Teachers", "Professional Enhancement Grant Scheme for Chinese Teachers (Teaching Chinese as a Second Language)" and "English Enhancement Grant Scheme for Primary Schools", including but not limited to :-
(i) To process, vet and approve new and reimbursement applications submitted by teachers as well as the financial statements and original receipts submitted by schools;
(ii) To manage the financial accounts as well as maintain the databases and conduct data analysis;
(iii) To handle complaints and enquiries relating to the grant schemes;
(iv) To conduct review of the grant schemes;
(v) To supervise clerical staff;
(b) To undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisors; and
(c) May be required to work on Saturdays and public holidays occasionally.
(ii) Executive Assistant (Projects)
(a) To provide administrative support in matters relating to the work of The Standing Committee on Language Education and Research (SCOLAR) [See Remarks];
(b) To manage projects and organise events and activities;
(c) To monitor budget and perform accounting duties;
(d) To supervise clerical staff;
(e) To manage a proper filing and record system and collate returns;
(f) To undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisors; and
(g) May be required to work on Saturdays and public holidays occasionally.
[Remarks : SCOLAR was established in 1996 to advise the Government on language education issues in general as well as on the use of the Language Fund.]
入職條件
(a)持有本港頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b)符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科成績達第3等級或以上,或具備同等成績[參閱註];
(c)於取得學位後,具備最少兩年行政工作經驗,曾於教育機構工作者可獲優先考慮;
(d)具備極佳的中文及英文能力;
(e)擁有極佳的組織能力、溝通技巧及人際關係;
(f)能在緊逼的時間及壓力下工作;
(g)具備良好的電腦及軟件知識,包括中、英文輸入法;
(h)適用於行政助理(資助計劃):有資料庫開發/管理經驗為佳;以及
(i)申請人須接受面試和筆試。
(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent [See Note];
(c) At least 2 years' administrative working experience, preferably in the education sector;
(d) Excellent command of both English and Chinese;
(e) Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills;
(f) Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure;
(g) Good computer skills and knowledge of PC software, including Chinese and English word processing;
(h) For the post of Executive Assistant (Funding Scheme) : experience in database development / management is preferable; and
(i) Applicants will be required to attend an interview and a written test.
入職條件(註)
政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
